Ok here is my first attempt at making a Quincy system so please be gentle. This would how the profile would look for the head of the Quincy's

This could be used as a shield or another ability like to split arrows

Ok here is wear the real fun starts. You may only use this as a last resort. This is a one use per battle NO EXCEPTION. This is your second most powerful attack so use it wisely. Just like bankai it has to flow with your Bow Abilities
~Final Form 2~
This is the most powerful attack powerful attack then the first but still single use per battle so make it a good one. This is just and extention of the first Final Form so make it flow.
(Note: These Final Forms can only be used for 20 of your posts then after that you are drained completely and have to use your bow ability 1 and nothing else. You may still use items and spells though)
~Quincy Items~
Ginto (??, Silver tubes) are small silver cylinder capsules that store spiritual energy in a liquid form, and are used by Quincy for spell-casting in the same way that Shinigami use Kido.
~Ginto Spells~
Heizen- This technique creates a transparent, rectangular beam of energy from silver tubes which slices through the opponent. It is activated by the command "Feel the wrath of battle and accept this sacred chalice - Sacred Bite! (Needs two Ginto tubes)
Gritz- This technique forms a man-sized pentagonal Quincy cross which envelops its target. It is activated by the command "A silver rod strikes the five-fingered stone bed - Quintuple Restraining Frames!(Note: Must hit the opponent with the Ginto tubes in order for the spell to work)(Needs two Ginto tubes)
Wolke- This technique uses a silver tube to create a large blast. (Needs one Ginto tube)
Sprenger- This technique uses five Seele Schneiders to create a pentagon-shaped seal, which when activated causes a massive explosion within its borders. When an object or a person stands within the middle of the Pentagon can the placement of the fifth Seele Schneider trap them by wrapping and binding their legs to the ground with dense spirit particles. The Seele Schneiders function as accumulators, gathering the necessary amount of spirit particles to create the explosion. The liquid inside a silver tube acts as the trigger. (Must have five Seele Schneiders and one Ginto tube)
Seele Schneiders- These items are able to be charged into sword-like weapons. The Seele Schneider's second ability is to collect reishi during combat by absorbing the opponents attacks. the more spiritual pressure and energy they release, the more powerful the Quincy wielding it becomes. It allows an opponents spirit particles to become the user's. The Seele Schnieder can also be fired by means of the Quincy Bow.
Quincy Bangle-This old artifact was created to help Quincy with weak spiritual power, designed to mimic the powers of a Quincy. It forces spirit particles or reishi to gather, and then amplifies them. In fact, the spirit particles will gather even if person using it does not will it. (If you have this in your Rcp and you use your final form and you run out of time it can be used to access your Bow ability 2)
Sanrei Glove (????) This is a very powerful item. This glove maximizes the ability of a quincy. This glove when token off allows the Quincy to go beyond his own power and go into there final form. In such a state, the Quincy is able to fight with extreme strength and speed, and can completely overwhelm an average Shinigami captain. It could be seen as the Quincy equivalent to bankai, however this is incorrect; The Quincy Final Form is definitely more powerful (though to what extent is unknown,) and can only be used once as a last resort, whereas a Shinigami's bankai can be summoned whenever necessary (Note: Only the head captains of the Quincys may have two gloves on)
~Agility And Other Abilities~
Hirenkyaku (???)Hirenkyaku is a method in which Quincy use to travel quickly over short distances. It is basically the Quincy equivalent to the Shinigami's Shunpo, or the Arrancar's SonĂdo. It can also be used to "Float" in the air. It is the equivalent to the technique Air-Walk and Air Skate.
Ransotengai- this is a high level technique that allows the user to control their body parts using strings of spirit energy controlled by their brain, forming lines or strings out of countless spiritrons. By using this technique, the user can control their body as one would a puppet, allowing them to move freely despite paralysis, broken limbs, or any other force that would impede normal movement. It was originally created to allow elderly Quincy to fight effectively

Now I think we should set up a Espada like system for there ranks. Five really strong Quincys with followers. As for the ability breakdown i think it should go like this.
