Recruiting new members is what keeps the guild thriving of course, it helps fill villages and expand the world and many evolving plots of NFS generation 2.
So, when a player managed to recruit a player it's often deserving of some sort of reward. In this case we will do "player unlocks" somewhat like achievements for the more players you manage to recruit (as of the creation of this thread, former recruits don't count).
Requirements:
To get them to count the player must:
1. They must state your name upon recruitment, not state it several weeks - months later because that seems like someone simply "told them to" so they could get the rewards, not because it was an honest recruitment.
2. Create a full profile and get it approved. PLEASE make sure they know the rules, don't just do this for them to get rewards quickly, or else the whole thing can be pointless.
3. They must complete the academy, this way we know that they will, hopefully, be role playing once again otherwise they're pointless as a recruit.
Waiting List:
Below will be a list of players that have been recruited but have not yet met the requirement above.
It will be written in order of time recruited with a "so and so recruited by such and such.

+20 Exp
---Successfully Recruited 5 Members---
Once you've successfully recruited 5 people total you unlock this achievement.
+50Exp
---Successfully Recruited 10 Members---
Once you've successfully recruited 10 people total you unlock this achievement.
+80pts and +1,000 ryo
---Successfully Recruited 20 Members---
Once you've successfully recruited 20 people total you unlock this achievement.
+90pts, +1,000ryo, and 1 DD Item/Skill of your choice
