Basic Information

Your Genetic Information Log (or GIL) is the journal specifying the phenotypes and genotypes of the wulfine given to you. Each GIL contains all the information of the pet attached to it. There is only one pet per GIL page(or post, however you split it up). The information in your GIL will be filled in over the time you and your pet bond. It lists the basics of your pet (ie. the image). All remaining pages are to be filled at your discretion.

Tamed or Wild DNA

Pets will have either tamed or wild DNA. Tamed means that the pets lives at the facility in their own plot and that their dna has not been tainted by the outside world. Wild DNA is given to a pet that lives outside of the facility, either to his fault, or not his fault. This means that the dna has been corrupted by outsides sources such as pollution, and various other factors. Wild vs. Tame is also the same as the sickly versus beastly debate. Just because an animal is classified as Wild doesn't mean they are crazy, they can be as tame as a tamed wulfine. A tamed wulfine can also be as crazy as bat guano.

Genotype vs. Phenotype

The Genotype(dna) is the species that the dna of the pet also has in it. This may make the pet have the phenotype of the species. The phenotype is the physical attributes of the species, ie the coloring, the eye type, and any other physical features. Sometimes the genotype is unknown even though the phenotype is known.

Beastly vs. Sickly

Most pets are divided into two different types: Beastly and Sickly. This represents the physical features of the pet. Beastly pets look a little more savagely than sickly. This does not mean their general nature is beastly. A beastly pet can be gentle, caring, and everything nice compared to their physical label. Sickly pets show a bit more skin and bones, even if they are physically healthy. Sickly pets do not have to be weak willed, they can be just as ghastly as a "beastly" label despite their appearances.

Wulfine and Wulpine

The two are used interchangeable. This is one of the species of pets here at Project Reformation. Their official name is wulfine however, you may see one of the colorists call them wulpine.

Rescue Camps via the story line that has yet to be posted

Rescue camps are allowed, but are currently not tied in with the main story line. With the size of the wulfine family, ie the number of pets, we will allow rescue camps to hold a max of 10 pets. We do understand that there are small groups of 2-3 that like to stay together and we are fine with this also. Since rescue groups are only inherent to the role plays for now and are not fully pulled into the main story line, but we still like to monitor these kind of things. rescue groups can have 1-2 leaders, and are situated outside of the PR facility, which has yet to get an official name, and can contain the most wildest dna, to someone who has just begun to change to wild dna.
