i think ultimate end because it does 9999 damage and times that by 13 and you have 129987 and meteor only does like 3 or 4 hits and it does 9999 each time which is 39996 and then add ultima which only does 1 hit which is 9999 damage so them two together would equal 49995
so Ultimate End VS Ultima and Meteor
129987 Damage VS 49995 Damage
so yeah Ultimate End Pwns all Magic Spells

really, the only thing that matters is if it's the FF7 meteor
at which point, Meteor wins
