Age: 10,000, 500 or 27 depending on if you mean actual, lived or looks..

Hair: Blue Black Example or white depending on power level.
Zodiac: Taurus

Newhaven: The owner of Newhaven, a converted fortress in the mountains of japan, is a sort of boarding house where any good senshi may take refuge, train, coordinate or just visit with one another. Freshly awakened senshi often spend time there learning who and what they are. Some move on to create their own bases, some stay on permanently. All are welcome back at anytime. No non-senshi/knight is allowed to know its location.

Tulsiioh School for Magical Girls: Shiva teaches the Combat Survival Class at Tulsiioh School for Magical Girls. The class focuses mainly on the art of staying alive in a combat situations. Students learn how to fall, take large blows, what to do if you're injured in combat and develop their speed, agility and endurance. Shiva also is the Ma'dam for the Blue House.

Allies:

The Shivan Knight: Shiva's Husband, the Shivan Knight has not been seen since Shiva's entombment. She does not know what happened to him. He may be still entombed somewhere, or may have died in the final conflict. (In which case he's probably reincarnated SOMEWHERE, unaware of his nature, and could be ANY age right now.) His loss brings her a great deal of lonelyness, a fact that she hides from everyone quite well.

Sailor Brahma and Vishnu:
Sailor Brahma and Vishnu are fraternal twins who were barely awakened before being frozen away like Shiva was. Barely 13 years old in age, they were both born over 10000 years ago, and have many incarnation before their current one. They've not yet come into their full awakening and lack memorys from their previous lives. Both are currently under Shiva's guardianship.

Sailor Varuna : Sailor Varuna, a water senshi and close friend to the ice trio, was killed outright instead of frozen and is now part of the Lost Senshi.

Unknown to Shiva, a Varuna has been born, but was too young to awaken when Galaxia came to earth. She is now well beyond the normal age for awakening, having not encountered a trigger. At some point she may awaken and encounter her predecessors friends.

Other Abilitys
Ice Manipulation - Used to create defensive ice barriers, hand held shields, weaponry, structures, ice sculptures or to simply cool a room.
Sight of the Shiva - Shiva's unique ability to find and see any senshi in a sphere of pure ice.
Ice Weaponry: Shiva can create a powerful weapon out of ice.

-No water is needed as the moisture is sucked out of the air. Doing it like this however is draining. Cool water makes it easier.
-This weapon does not melt unless she wills it.
-It can be used as a focus for her attacks.
-She only has one such weapon in existence at a time. (although more mundane weaponry can be created via Ice Manipulation)
-Creating this weapon takes energy and concentration, and so she rarely does so in combat. Instead she keeps one formed at all times in the mysterious place all senshi weaponry is kept till needed -shifty eyes-

Mundane Abilities:
Hand to Hand Combat: Fairly Skilled in Hand to hand combat
Two-handed Weapons: Very Skilled with two-handed
weapons such as staves, two handed swords and axes. Her specialty is a double ended staff with ice blades on either end.
Small Weapons: Proficient, but not masterful with smaller weapons, but not nearly as skilled.

Hair Braiding: Shiva is a skilled braider of hair and is often finds herself busy before partys and events doing hair for everyone who asks.

Titan Senshi:
Also known as Anchient Senshi, 20,000 years ago, long before the reign of the Senshi of Sol, before the birth of know civilization, many Senshi of great power inhabited every corner of the earth.

These senshi were always distinctive in appearance. Unussual skin hues, hair colors and patterns were normal. Some had horns, hoofs or other traits that unique to them. Sailor Ifrit had skin tinted red and eyes that looked like glowing red spheres of fire. Sailor Gaia's hair looked like leaves, that changed color with teh seasons. Shiva's skin is cool to the touch, her skin pale, almost blue in hue. Most grew heads above their fellows, earning them theim their name "Titans" and naming the age. Although some where the opposite, never rising above 4 foot.

These senshi operated openly, ruleing and intermingling with humanity for a span of 10,000 years. Today they are refered to simply as "the anchients", but at the time they they were know as Titans. Each ruled a kingdom, either solely or as part of a 3 Senshi Group. May attempted to revear them as Gods, but the Senshi Council would not stand for that. Thousands of years after their disappearance however, entire religions and mythologys would spring up based on the storys of their deeds and the longings for hte peaceful era they represented.

Saddly, after 10,000 years of benevolent rule, a great evil rose and was threatening the planet. One by one, it locked away the senshi and their guardians in tombs of their own elements.

Finnally a single Knight stood alone. His identity lost to time, but he managed to defeat the evil, but at the cost of his own life. However, with no one to release them, the Senshi remained in thier prisons for 10,000 years.

They did not sleep forever however. In the year 1996, Sailor Moon defeated Chaos and the earth was healed. It was then they started waking up. What exactly triggered it, isn't quite known. There is a bit of debate weither it was the death of the Guardian of the earth, the mear presense of such a great evil, or it may have been the healing the earth recieved when the battle was done.
