-Must be Reliable
-Active in the Thread
-Able to Meet Quota Requirements in a Timely Manner:
-One Monthly FS
-One Freebie Pet to be Used for In-Thread Games
-Customs and Breedings
-Keep Thread Manager (Lady Argentum) Advised of any Changes in your Availability.
-Have PS7 or Higher or the Ability to Work with .PSD Files and Provide Transparent .PNG's
-Editing is a Plus but Not Required
-You Must Cert Your Own Work

~As a Colorist You Will be Entitled to the Following Precentages:
* Customs: Non-edited= 60% of profit
* Customs: Edited= 70% of profit
* Customs: Cosplays= 80% of profit
* Breedings= 100% of profit
~Staff will also Receive Non-Monetary Bonus's in the Form of Perk Points That They May use to Create Pets of Their Own.

Time Spent on Gaia: approx: 2-6 hrs a day. varies by day and if i have to work or not
Experience in the B/C:well, i've owned 3 shops, co-owned another, helped managed a few. most of the shops i own i ended up inheriting where i was once just a colorist.. and the original owner just up and had to leave for some reason...
Currently active working for trash bandits (i own that. how much I do there depends on status of my other colorists. when they are on hiatus, I try to do more), cafe de la vie (i'm only a part time colorist, i do some flats, help with events, and occassional customs/breedings). i also part time for a small shop called sigma and rea's kin.

Time Spent on Gaia: Lots o.O more than I probably should. Lots of it is spent stalking since I don't have much to do.
Experience in the B/C: Again lots. Most of the stores I worked for ended up going out of business.
