The mare frowned, looking up at the length of hair that had been caught in the wind and had wound its way on the lower branch of a tree she had been passing under. Aishwarya would not be the first to admit that she had a long and lovely mane and tail, but she would be the first to say that sometimes they were a downright nuisance!
How was she going to get it untangled this time? Last time she'd waited an hour or two in the vain hope that someone would be passing by and be able to help her, then in the end she'd given up and yank hard, losing a large chunk of her mane on the branch, and leaving herself with a tender spot on her neck for a few days.
She was loathe to do that this time, there was rather alot up there this time, and didn't really want to hurt herself again on purpose.
'If I get free without yanking all my mane out this time, I'm going to head to the Village and see if I can't get that two-legger to sort something out with this..beast.' she muttered to herself, accidentally nodding her head emphatically as she spoke, wincing as she pulled at the roots a bit. She sighed, getting comfortable on her hooves, and flicked her tail, hoping someone would pass by on this occasion..
