Well me and my friend are planning to do a lot of stuff for anime boston next year but since I am a huge anime fan and love all kinds of anime she knows not so much
so I was wondering if you guys can help on which anime she might like from the stuff she does like
disney and pixar
Law and Order
NCIS
basically anything disney
NBA bascketball
americas next top model
Romeo and Juliet
yeah i dont know im horrible at making suggestiosn and i dont want to scare her away that is why I am asking you guys and see if you guys can recomend good ones depending on what she likes

I suggest Vampire Knight, mostly beause I like that series. BUT, there is an anime called Romeo x Juliet that you should probably show them. I haven't seen it though..
Oh, and I also suggest looking at some Hayao Miyazaki films like Spirited Away, Ponyo, and Kiki's delivery service. They got me into anime when I was around 5 or 6. smile

Well, even though it's not an anime, I would recommend the Ace Attorney games on DS, appealing to the NCIS/Law and Order. There are 5 games in all, and the first ones are being released for WiiWare 3nodding
It has a sort of anime style to it.

Since she likes basket ball and RomeoxJuliet I would suggest a series called Love*Com (Lovely Complex) It's about an abnormaly tall girl and an abnormaly short boy who were always grouped together in school because they reminded people of a famous comedy duo. The boy plays basketball and hilarity insues. All the episodes can be found on youtube and they are a fairly easy read. Also Case Closed would sate her NCIS and like things.

Well, since your friend likes Law and Order and NCIS, she may like mystery/suspence type anime such as Case Closed, Death Note, and Monster. Most of the Disney movies are based on classic stories/fairytales/legends/etc so she might also like animes based on classic stories such as Romeo x Juliet and Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. The Miyazaki films would also be a good choice as well.
