I have my own expectations about Oblivion, I want to here what others have to say about it.
I expect it to have more freeedom than Morrowind, that's alot of freedom! Also interaction with the NPC will be alot better, oh and lots of cute little creatures! twisted

There is probably going to be so much to do in that game. I'll probably play it so much the 360 will blow up.

I'll re-word it, not Vvardenfell creatures, eg Nix hounds, Scribs, etc. Clanfears come from Oblivion, Scribs are native to Vvardenfell!

It has Daedroths and Dremoras as well. Also, I think that the compass system is going to be fairly amazing; since with the radiant AI, your target will be moving around the world to feed him/herself. And it'll help by locating the dungeons, since most of them are well-hidden.
The horses look well-animated, and the battle system is completely based off of realistic kinetics. Your enemy recoils when your shield is hit, and vice-versa. They actually die when the should, and your weapon doesn't miss even when it passes through the NPC animation.
The fact that the NPC's move even when you're outside of their cell makes the game dangerous at times, for they could spook a bear and it might run toward you, and yet exciting, for they'll do anything to get neccesities.

Cliff Racers and several other creatures (maybe Scribs) are native to Vvardenfel.
There will be 4 creature types. Animals - Earth-like creatures such as dogs and horses. New to TES. Daedra - Very similar to the Daedric creatures in TES3. Monsters - Native and generally aggressive creatures. Undead - Very similar to the undead creatues in TES3.

I expect Oblivion to be fun in all aspects but one. I personally miss levitation/jumping over walls and what not. I just liked the ability to cast Tinurs, and fly through the air.
And I just can't see a conceivable reason really, to get rid of that.
