8/10. It's a bit cluttered for my current taste, and I miss the amount of purple, but otherwise it's good.
Suggestions for OP:
"Out of 10 points, give reasoning for points taken or given, try to say something nice about the AAY, or give the AAY suggestions"

8. It's just personal preference, but I think that to pull off that background, you need more color throughout your avi.
And, what does OP stand for?
Though, all of my instructions have been in the polls so far.

Although I don't really care for the particular hairstyle, I understand how much of a pain in the arse it can be to find TRUE white for hair.

I'm going to say nine, because it is possible to be more randomly awesome than that, but it would be very difficult.
Please say what colors I'm wearing when you rate me, since I change my avatar so much. sweatdrop I'd like to have some idea of what outfit I'm wearing.
