Soft musings echoed gently beneath the tree tops. A tiny Voronwe fussed about, gnawing on branches and sniffing at the undergrowth. She was now old enough to wander a bit from home and her brother and sister, yet skittish enough to stay close to those she already knew. Her colors didn't really help her blend all too well into the green grasses and brown branches. Blue body generally stuck out unless she was in the water, and then her teal-like wings or purple 'clouds' stuck a bit out.
Ayli crouched down, her body wriggling about as she eyed a nearby critter. She wasn't too sure what it was, but it sure looked fun! Pale yellow eyes watched it, pupils dialating, tail laid itself upon the ground as she prepared herself to pounce. Her ears slowly laid back as paws took too much time settling into the dirt. She hadn't yet been successful, maybe this time she would be?
The area was perfect for practice, just enough trees for cover. Just enough branches to make critters feel comfortable, but enough open ground to be able to see most approaching strangers, friends and foes.
