In The Elven Sanctuary lies a levelling system....
What's the levelling system?
The system is a fun way to earn prizes and be well known as a regular in the guild, it basically separates the people who what to have fun and help out from those who just want their quests finished.
Why is this important?
It's not really, but it can be beneficial to you as you gain prizes for every level you gain.
How do i level?
To level you must post! It's as simple as that, you must post at least 1000 times to level up. For example to become Level one (that’s right everyone in the guild starts at zero) you need to post 1000 times anywhere in the guild.
and to reach level 2 you must post another 1000 times, which means you need a total of 2000 posts to reach level 2.
How do i know i leveled?
Alone the top of the guild there are many tabs, one of the says 'members' clicking on this and searching your username will bring up your states- which includes the number of posts you have made in the guild at that point of time.
What happens when i Level?
Once you have leveled you have a choice to make, you can ether choose to take an item from the charity forum right away or you can also save your rewards up for later use, meaning someone can be level 1 and decide not to choose a reward at that point, instead they can wait for an item they like and claim it at any time. For example you could be level 3 and haven't chosen any items since you joined the guild meaning you still have three rewards, i could put up a number of new items one day and you could claim them whenever you like.
Why only 10 levels?
I think 10 prizes that you can hold onto and claim at any time is enough, over doing this may cause a lot of spam in the guild and that's not what i want so i've limited the system to cap out at 10.
Is there anything i need to do to start?
You will need to post in here, stating that you have read and understand the system.
Also you can choose to contact me when you level if you like but i will keep my one out for everyone's post count.
and please feel free to post in here with questions etc
What else can i do in these forums
Depending on what level you are, you can post and chat in the thread that corresponds to your level, all level ones can post in the level one thread and all level two's in the level two thread etc, you are allowed to post in threads that are lower levels to you but you’re not allowed to post in threads that are higher.
E.S.R:
Each and every time you level your E.S.R will do up. E.S.R stands for "Elven Sanctuary Rank"
At level 1, your rank is E.S.R (1) and so on.

Or since Grandmaster Valentine has more than 1000 he gets a prize and I have 897 so Im near a prize?
