One moment your somewhere else...somewhere dying, and the next moment you find yourself walking down a long stone corridor. One with no lights to enable you to see, but you make out a tiny sliver of red glow in the distance. And as you're walking toward it your eyes begin to adjust to the blackness. As you begin to approach the light you find yourself gasping for air but you take in only the thick hot breeze.
Finally after what seems like an eternity you reach the light only to find two very large pewter doors and a figure cloaked in black standing between you and the light. A decrepit hand protrudes from the dark and opens the door to the right of you. Your heart pulsates uncontrollably in your chest as you step through the giant archway then stops all together. You have entered a large cave-like room. Screaming emanates up through the floor and you are frightened.
You look around hoping to find a place to escape, but your eyes fall upon a shadowy crimson throne and the figure perched upon it. It has giant wings as black as the night stretched all the way to the ceiling and in it's left hand, a scepter of bones. In a graceful manner the figure removes its hood to reveal a tall fair-skinned man with piercing golden eyes and the horns of a goat. You bow before him forcedly, trying to keep your gaze from falling upon his raven hair and small horns protruding from his head.
A mysterious calm settles over your body as he speaks gently to you:

"Hello and welcome to my humble abode....I am Lucifer....we hope you enjoy your stay...for you will be here until time stops and the universe crumbles..."

With a dismissive wave of his hand you are hurtled into blackness and your body burns. The flames around you extinguish and you feel a sense of home. Forever welcome.

A figure in an ethreal white cloak approached the dark figure standing before the door. Following the bright one, was a man with a baboon's head, dressed in a jet black tuxedo. The oddity of creatures carried with him a cane with a glowing white jewel at the end. The first form, the one in white, did not stop walking when he reached the door man. No, he simply nodded at it. Looking at the doors, he waved towards it, a simple wave, brief, almost as if waving away an annoying fly, and they slammed open. He strode past the doorman without a word, but it was almost as if a moment of no words actualy passed a message to each other. What that message was, nobody but the two shall know. The Baboon man continued to follow the white figure, silently, like a good servant.

They arrived in The Throne Room... The Room of Legend... It was not as dark as most would predict, no, it was lit by torches. Contrairy to popular belief, Lord Lucifer did not like to be in pitch blackness. He rather enjoyed seeing people in light.

The figure stood before the throne, now looking at the person who sat upon it. Looking into the eyes of Lord Lucifer himself. This made it apparant that this visitor was no normal human, demon, or angel. No, if it was, it would have succumbed to madness just by the sight of those Golden eyes. Lord Lucifer, no doubt, was already aware of who it was. Even if he could not sense the distinct pattern that this entity gave off, the now visible glowing white eyes would make it apparant.

The eyes in themselves were unique, even amongst angels and fallen. Only four others could have eyes similar. This ones eyes were so oddly colored that it could cause madness to see them as well. What is normaly the white area of an eye, was not on this figure. No, it was black, pitch black... The iris, a place in which normaly posseses an abundance of possible colors, was white. Though, this white was no ordinary light. It was a white that was so bright, burning so heavenly, that it seemed as if it could blind all who are below the entity containing such eyes. And the pupils... The pupils were indeed black... But more black than black... Like a dark hole, they sucked you in, seeming to sap you of all strength and will.

The eyes also held a seductive property. Any who looked upon them that were of a lower entity would succumb to weak nees... They would loose control of themselves, become willing to follow the posseser of the eyes. Unless, of course, another of the same caliber was present.

The figure in white finaly decided to disrobe, without bowing at all to The Dark Lord. His hand whipped out of his cloak, grabbing, and whirling it into the air. he then handed it to the Baboon man behind him, who folded it and held it bofore him like a ring bearer holds a pillow upon which the rings rest.

The entity was now identifiable. All creatures in the room, aside for the Dark Lord, seemed to cringe in fear. Lord Seraphiel, Lord of the White Light, Brother of Lucifer, Chief of Seraphim, First Seat of the Seraphim High Council, King of Angels, stood before him, smiling. His attire was made of a white over coat, with white pants. The white was embroidered with black, however. In his white ponytail, rested a white and black hairpiece comprised of feathers. The baboon behind him then handed the Lord his cane. Upon grasping it, a blinding light was emitted from it. Any demon that did not look away would be disintegrated on the spot. Such a power cannot be comprehended by such lowly creatures...

Good evening My Brother, he said. He sounded as if he referred to Lucifer as his pure equal. A feat that no creature would ever attempt unless they were one of the four who could possibly back it up. And only one of those four have proven so. This was that one. How have you been? He asked in a charismatic tone. His smile never seemed to fade, it remained poised upon his face, like stone...

Speaking in a voice that seemed to come from everywhere and nowhere at the same time, Lucifer addressed his brother "Hello Sera! What brings you to my oh so humble domain?" The sheer power of the voice drives all lesser beings from the room save Seraphiel and his baboon servant.

Seraphiel smiled at his brother, a happy smile, a carefree smile. He started to lean backwards, in a sitting motion. And as he sat upon the air, he did not fall. Nor was anything propping him up. A quick glance to his feet would derive that he was no longer touching the floor. He seemed to be floating upon an invisible cushion. As he crossed one leg over the other, he spoke, Sheer boredom, I suppose. Then again, heaven has always been rather boring. Nothing but gripe about what to do next. I have actualy sunk so low as to take on an apprentice. She is rather gifted, however. She actualy stumbled upon the ruins of the lost city of Merkabah, and somehow navigated her way to the Cathedra... Without getting lost... Do you remember Merkabah? Our lost home, and the Cathedra, where we reigned? You and I, the two princes, with the other three seraph as our advisers... So long ago...

{{Merkabah is actualy a place referenced in some holy scripts. Seraphiel was said to have been the king of Merkabah. I decided to make it a bit more intriging if I chose you and I as the two princes, as we are total opposites. You being corruption to the core, and I purity to the core. =P}}

tapping his foot in a bored fashion Lucifer replies, "Yes I remember Sera. What of this new apprentice you have?" A wicked grin plastering itself across his face, " They never seem to last very long do they?"

Smiling in return, Seraphiel spoke, How long they last, Lucifer, is irrelevant. No, its how much they accomplish between point A and point B that matters. And she was once one of your own.... Seraphiel looked around at the dank throne room, the dark vaulted cielings. Lucifer, he said monotonously, when are you ever going to refirbish this area? Its so... Nostalgiac...

always one with a flare for the dramatic, Lucifer snaps his fingers and the ominous theme from Phantom of the Opera plays eerily in the cavern, " I enjoy my home the way it is for now dear brother, " finishing with a lopsided grin, " It scares the wits out of the mortals haha!"

Ahahahahaha! Unable to contain himself, Lord Seraphiel laughed aloud, You have always been the most tacky entity I have ever known! How nostalgiac! Ahahaha! Brother, he said, you should visit me once in a while. You know Father will not interfere. As long as you refrain from leaving my domain, all will be fine...

Anger flaring at the mention of his Father, "Father will do nothing because that is His way Brother and we BOTH know that"
PostPosted: Sun Nov 28, 2010 3:28 pm

Smiling downward, Seraphiel smirked. Brother, he said calmly, in YOUR eyes, he does nothing. But not the the grand scheme of things. You must view it from a much more broad spectrum. He created us, we do things. So, in a sense, he does everything.
