(Spoiler Alert: If you haven't seen the series yet, wait till you finish before reading this thread!!!)
I don't know if there's a thread on this already, but I'd like to hear some opinions. Honestly do you think there was any part of the series that could have done better? Lines that made you want to gag? Scenes that didn't make a lot of sense? Questions that should have been answered? What?
---------------------------------------------
Here's mine: I honestly think Euphie's death was handled rather poorly. Of all the things he could have ordered Euphiemia to do, he orders her to kill the Japanese.
If they must kill Euphie, it would have been better to go the conspiracy route. Have someone else kill her and have the blame put on Zero.

i have to disagree :3
Euphie's death was sad. And she was forced to do something which was the opposite of what she believed in. Instead of giving the Japanese a new life, she was ordered to take it away from them. And by showing that Zero did kill Euphie it shows the Japanese that he is a hero to them by killing her.
It also fueled Suzaku's rage.
So I don't think her death was handled poorly. It just fueled the fire even bigger.

I think they should have shown a bit more of C.C's backstory. But that's just my opinion and is up for speculation.

Can't forget that it wasn't an actual order given to Euphie. Lelouch was being sarcastic and during that moment his geass went out of control and the sarcastic phrase became the geass cast on her by accident. Because of that it gave a very heavy feel to the events that transpired because of it and why it was such an intense scene.
