 -It was late, the moon sliding to the edge of the sky that meant the sun would soon come to meet it. An uneventful enough night for the newly 'promoted' Polaris. A little bit of a chase.. a fledgling youma that had put up little to no challenge. The night had been quiet other then that.. perhaps that's why she'd lingered so long despite her need for sleep. A yawn was stifled behind an ivory glove. Thank goodness it was Saturday.. or.. technically Sunday now.
Standing from her perch on a building ledge, she stretched her arms up above her mildly, before shaking each booted leg. It seemed like nothing else was going to happen tonight, so might as well make her way home.-

Unlike the senshi of magnetism, the senshi of St. Elmo's Fire had spent the better part of the evening running around and, quite literally, stomping a youma into the ground.
Seriously, with nothing but a blinding attack, you had to learn to improvise. Bashing in the creature's while it shrieked and flailed blindly had come almost naturally. Though, she had taken a liking to watching UFC matches while 'studying' for school.
At this point, however, she had decided it was time for at least a little bit of a break. Her eyes were closed, and she was breathing heavily. The young girl leaned against a cold, brick entrance way above a rooftop. It felt good against the back of her fuku, cooling her body temperature slightly.
Running a hand through her hair, shaking out a few fledgling knots, she thought she heard something nearby. Her eyelids lifted slowly, almost painfully, like they were carrying the weight of two tonne stones. Her eyes took a minute to focus before she caught sight of furred, ivory gloves.
Lifting her head, she squinted a bit, there was a short skirted figure standing at the building ledge. Were they a jumper? Wait... no. Short skirt, long gloves, rooftop.
"Something of interest down there?" she called out to the girl, not bothering to drag her a** up quite yet.

-Ohh..? Perhaps she'd spoken too soon. Her eyes quickly and defensively sought out the source of the voice aware that it was just as likely a bad guy as it was a good guy. But her expression softed when the girl was spotted, taking in what bits of her fuku she could see.
Stepping closer a few step, she eyed the obviously weary girl with a mild lift and wave of her hand, shaking her head in answer, long white braids clacking together behind her back.- "Oh no, it's pretty quiet. I was getting ready to head out actually."
"I didn't even notice you over there." -She mused, her voice drawing on.- "Anyway I'm Polaris, super sailor Polaris. And you are?"

"Hey, nothin' wrong with the quiet times. Gets old chasing things down 24/7." Argo Navis chuckled, pushing herself away from the entrance.
"And sorry, I was just resting. I hadn't noticed you right away either. I guess it's just more good luck then, than good management." she grinned.
"It's nice to meet you, Polaris. I'm Sailor Argo Navis." she paused, "Just sailor Argo Navis. Though just Navis is fine." it helped to be informative she found. Saved herself nicknames like "Navi".
Taking a few steps towards the other senshi, the wheels on Navis' boots spun a bit, and she threw her arms above her head, stretching her body. A few cracks here and there were welcome as they eased some of the tension in her body from the earlier fight.
"Least the weather's starting to warm up." she quickly eyed up the other's fuku, "I imagine that's more than just a bit of a blessing for some of us..."

"Very true. Gives you time to rest up and be your best for the next fight." -She wasn't usually much of a starer, but the details of Navis' fuku had grabbed her attention, her eyes watching the wheels of her boots spin, all the way up to the tippytop of her hair as the other girl walked nearer. She admired the braids for a long moment, knowing full well as a fellow intricately hairstyled girl the time and dedication that went into such designs.
When the attention turned to her own fuku, her gloved fingers subconciously drew forward over her exposed stomach, soft frown touching her face.- "I was lucky during the winter thankfully, very well covered. But I lost this.. and gained this when I powered up." -Her hand swept down across her torso attempting to motion that there had been fabric there once, finger stopping at the metal stud at her belly button for the second this.
She was starting to get used to her new fuku.. or atleast attempting to ignore it, but when someone pointed out just how scant it was...- "It's nice that it's warming, though I'm still not looking forward to summer scorchers."
-She illicited a grin of her own at that. And it was very true for the little girl from Alaska.- "Maybe by July I'll just patrol the pools" -A joke, and one the usually unfunny girl seemed pretty proud of.
The other girl seemed friendly enough, pleasant, and her name was locked away in Polaris' mind for later use.-
