If i were to put 2 of my non-edited couples in your breedings, would that affect my 2 edited couples ive entered for the last 18 & 15 times? Would I have to start all over again from 1 again?

I have put Rune/mate (edited couple) and Padraig/his mate (edit) in every breeding so far but I dont plan to put them here because I would like their edits to be past down to their children. If I enter 2 NEW breeding couples in this raffle, it doesn't affect Runes/mate and Padraig/mate LL chances does it?

No, it doesn't. :3 (Sorry my answer is late!) The LL system is changed so all you need is 20 failed attempts that don't have to be consecutive.
