It's about time someone come's up with this kind of thing.
I will admit it, I was a n00b, and I'm proud of it. Because at one point we all have to start out somewhere. This is the kind of guild that provides voluntary service.
I'll be at your disposal. Hell, I wish to work as a sentinel to monitor and assist n00bs.
