I don't really have time in the morning. Or, I don't want to have time. xd I wake up at 6.30am and leave the house at 7.30am, so I don't want to wake up any earlier than that to make lunch! Wraps are good. 3nodding

for a quick lunch, i rely on canned tuna, with medium-spicy salsa.
it takes no time, costs little cash, and is quite tasty!
i make a good ersatz waldorf salad in five minutes, by putting apple fragments, yogurt (mayo sometimes), celery bits and peanuts in a cello bag and smashing them with a hammer.
another favorite is a (lo carb) rollup, like a tortilla wrap maybe, with hummus, and some chopped fillings like tomato and pepper and on a good day, chicken.

I usually eat only once a day, but I stock up that one time. I cook a lot of chicken and pasta just cause it's the easiest for a novice chef like me. I want to fry rice, but I feel it's a little out of my league /wandering off topic

You make me feel like the fussiest eater in the world. sad I don't like tuna or celery. rofl There's this weekly page in the paper, which I used to LOVE the recipes. Then they changed chefs and EVERY SINGLE WEEK she cooks with things I don't like. It's getting beyond ridiculous.

I want to fry rice, but I feel it's a little out of my league /wandering off topic I think you should be able to do it! You use old rice afterall, so if you cook the rice the day before that means less preparation on the day. Then from what I can tell watching my parents, it's just chopping up whatever you like really finely, chucking in some soy sauce, etc, and off you go!
