Greetings! ^-^ So I play horn, and have for 4 years now. This is a really strange question, but ehh. I wanted to know if it is possible to play with a lip ring. I'm not thinking about getting one (I couldn't pull it off D: ), but I'm super curious. If you have one and you play brass, even better to help me out! Lemme know? heart thanks

My brother, a trumpeter, got a lip ring in 10th grade. it didn't effect him to the point that he couldn't play, but i do think that it messed some stuff up. he usually didn't play with the ring actually in, though.

I got a lip ring and was still able to play my trombone with ease.

I think it depends where the ring is..... as long as its not where you place your mouth piece it should be fine...
