Okay, first of all i am so surprised as to how the BIGGEST code geass guild on gaia has members who still dont realize our precious lelouch is still alive.
Illl make it quick and simple
If you kill someone who has a code, than you get their code
lelouch killed charles therefore he took his code.
if you saw nunnally touched lelouch on the very last episode and had a random shockwave of a bunch of random events throughout lelouch's life.
Didnt that happen to c.c when she was shot and lelouch touched her?
oh yeah, theres going to be a code geass r3, shikkoku no renya, yeah new main character

Ichirō Ōkouchi straight up said Lulu died a little while after the season ended and Lelouch was listed as deceased on the final death list.
