In what way, do you mean like character crossovers?
If so, there are several characters, Tidus and Wakka are from FFX, Selphie and Leon are from FFVIII, Cloud, Sephiroth, Cid, Aerith and Yuffie are from FFVII, and they are all in KH1. I don't know much about KH2, but I know that there are Yuna, Rikku and Paine from FFX-2, Vivi from FFIX and Seifer, Raijin and Fujin from FFVIII.
A lot of the Gummi Ships in KH1 were named after various summons, and I think the Gummi Blocks to build the ships were named after spells from the series.
That's all the things I can think of right now.

Then there's the Metal Chobobo and Fenrir Keyblades connected to Cloud, and the Sleeping Lion and Lionheart Keyblades connected to Squall. KH2 also features Tifa and Auron.
Plus there are Chocobo, Cactuar and Cait Sith Gummy Ship blueprints, to name a few.

Despite obvious character cameos and some references to Final Fantasy (like weapons, titles, org xiii, etc) there isn't too much actually connecting. Of course, the main magic abilities are in FF too, but it's still in essence mainly a Disney game.
