Highly processed foods are generally seen as unhealthy but we continue to eat them? Raises in cancer have been systematically linked to highly processed foods yet we keep eating them. What causes people to continuously hurt themselves and sabotage their bodies? Is there something that can be done?

We eat processed food because it's cheap, quick, fills us up, and it doesn't taste bad.
I genuinely love fast food, even with the health risks involved and it's not something I see myself giving up soon. I mean, as long as you don't go crazy and get humongous off it you should be fine.
Also, no, everything that can be done has already been done. You can't wipe off fast food chains off the face of the planet. If it's there people will eat it.
Mostly because we're not going to pay the extra cash for the healthy alternative.
(Just for the record, I'm not a fatty. js)
