I'm over at my brother's watching (they are actually asleep) his kids so he could go to work and their mom could go out 9she deserves it poor woman). Anyways, they have this dog that snores really loudly and has the worst, and I am not kidding, the worst smelling farts. My eyes are actually burning because they smell so bad. How the heck can I get to sleep? Any ideas?

Um, where are you, exactly? What's your set-up?

This is relevant. If you are in a room, simply kick the dog out and close the door. If you are in the living room on the couch or something, you'll have to wedge your head between the cushions with a snorkel in your mouth so you don't suffocate.

I'm in the living room. And kick him out? Funny. He's part great dane so he's huge. He would probably knock me over. Plus he has three legs so I don't want to be too mean. I've thrown two soft toys at him already. And last time I checked they don't have a snorkel.....

Well... your supposed to sleep with your eyes closed...
LOL!
Just kidding, I would put the dog in another room and hope for the best.
I know how you feel... my cat has stinky farts too!
Seriously, in the middle of the night I woke up and thought something had crawled in my room and died! X.x

I wish I could put him back outside. My brother would kill me though. The dog likes to run away.

Let's see, then... Spray copious amounts of Lysol or Axe around him. That's what I do to my dog when she rolls in, uh, pooh. Of course, these are merely suggestions. I still think the snorkel one is the best. With a swim mask, it would be fool-proof.

I'd attempt to lure the dog into another room with a treat. I have a bulldog that has awful smellin' farts, and loves to curl up next to me in bed, since I'm watchin' my stepmom's house. . .he snores too! Sounds like a freakin' motorboat!

Is there anyway you can go to a different room or a different part of the house to get away from them all so they won't bother you when you try to go to sleep....?????? question idea

Well I ended up getting to sleep...but I didn't stay that way. I went to go to bed but one of my nieces woke up and wouldn't go to bed. She's only 1 so she wouldn't jsut lay down. When her mom got home she took her to her room and the went to sleep. An hour later another one of my nieces woke up and wouldn't stop crying. I had no idea why, but her mom came and got her too. I was then kept up by my brother's rat, and the dog. I finally fell asleep again and was woke up a few hours later by the phone. I was going to go back to bed, but my neices woke up. Needless to say when I got home I took a nap. I'm still very tired though and my brain hurts! See what I get for being a good person?

Good deeds usually have painful after effects. But the results later help you in life when you need them most.

I'm not sure how this one will ever help me later in life.
