Deckhand/Recruit - Only can learn up to Pirate/Lieutenant rank alone (when told how to train by Pirate/Lieutenant members)
Pirate/Lieutenant - Only can learn up to Commander/Captain rank alone
Commander/Captain - Only can learn up to Commander/Captain rank alone
Commander/Captain - Can learn all
