Internal Document Chamber
This is a massive chamber where all the written copies files of squad three and many other squads and information are held. This chamber has only selected and well trusted squad members going in and out as filing and reorganizing documents and paperwork through out the night. The captain or Vice-captain can be seen here often looking through the files themselves every few weeks to check if everything is in order or to add more documents to the already and forever lasting expanding information. Only The squad Captain Vice-Captian, Head Captain, and selected squad member can look at these files, all the information on these files you must have approval from the squad captain to enter to Internal Document Chamber to read or get the protected information.
Please remember to be very careful when walling through this area, many people are at work and run back and forth in a hurry to get work done and keep up with the busy schedule.

Third Division Captain: Eizo Okamaru
Eizo walks into the internal Document Chamber ad begins to read up on the destruction of Soul Society. But rhe documents that he was able to get did not have all the infornation that he needed or was looking for. "Most of the files are either missing or destroyed..." he stated with a straight look on his face as he than decide to look up on the captains and found info on Gin Ichimaru. "Interest, I though all the file on him, about him, and from him where destroyed..." Eizo said to himself as he sat at a desk as in the large chamber and began to read about Gin Ichimaru and his treasonous act with Aizen and Tosen.

Diesel entered the records room with Yukari, glancing around the chamber with a cold intelligence. With Ryuta's death, he found very little reason to smile "Yukari...Is this where the seal would be?" he glanced at the woman walking with him, one hand on his sword and the other extended to her. He didn't notice the 3rd division captain since they weren't as deep in as the captain was.

 Yukari was in awe as she entered the records room with Diesel. For ages she had been in this crippled state, and here she was in the place only her dreams could see. It would not be long now. She looked around and slowly nodded. "I believe so. This would be the safest place to put it." She could feel the presence of the other captain. Perhaps he knew where exactly it would be.

Diesel watched Yukari carefully before moving through the chamber "Lets find it then." he began to make his way deeper into the room, examing the different records.

Yukari made her way through the records until finding the section on hollow reports. There was something odd here. amongst the reports...names...of Arrancar? Yes, the Arrancar reports were mixed in with the rest of the hollows. They were listed alphabetically, so she merely scanned her eyes down the list until she got to the "S"''s Aha! there she was. Yukari Saigyouji. Yukari waved her arm at Diesel and called out. "I found something! A report of me. I'll let you look at it. You are the one in charge here after all." She held out her arm with the report in her hand, offering it to him.

Diesel took the report but didn't look at it just yet, still watching Yukari "Before we do anything else...why are you doing this? Why help me?" he titled his head at her and leaned against the wall, his dark hair falling loose around his throat "Your kind are supposed to hate my own. So why are you doing this...?"

Don't mind him,  Kai had stayed away from the arrancar and his King. He didn't understand what was happening here but he decided not to question. He obviously knew what he was doing but even still he couldn't quell the uneasy feeling he had in his gut. He turned his attention to to the record on Vaizards. He had heard of them before but he had never actually seen one. Probably because they were all gone. He looked among the books and records, making sure not to turn his back on his King, in case this proved to be an attack. He made sure they were in eyesite at all times and kept one hand on the hilt of his zanpakuto, the other holding the book open to his face. Every once in a while he would cast a glance to look at them. he's just contemplating the best way to kill you.

Yukari stopped and tilted her head down. She had expected this question but was still not ready for it. She breathed in and out once and looked back to the soul king's face. "You want to know? Alright, I'll tell you." Her voice sounded different now. It was almost as if she had changed into someone completely different. "Did you think I chose to be this way? I did not become a hollow of my own will. Becoming a Gilian with free thought was amazing for me. It meant I had some humanity left. I did whatever it took to try and be human again. Eventually I learned of the Arrancar and I saw how they looked, like humans almost. I eventually became an Arrancar because it was the closest thing I could be to human. I looked like a human, so I felt like I could BE a human again, but that was not the case. I was hated by those who were also once humans in life, you all. Blessed and cursed with great power, I had to become the strongest to ensure my own survival. Now I see a new option. I want peace. If Keine wins, then there will be no chance for peace ever! Only the Shinigami can restore peace. I don't want there to be war, but there's no other way now. In order to keep the peace, I must fight. If I must fight, I will fight for the side that will ensure peace, your side. Even if I must betray my best friend, I will fight for peace..." Her long blond hair fall over he shoulder as her head sunk, small tears forming in her eyes. Never before had she spilled her feelings out like this, not even to Keine. There was just something about Diesel that made Yukari feel like she could tell him this thing, as if he understood.

Reaching out, Diesel brushed Yukari's hair out of her face, his expression finally breaking from that strange glassy appearence "Its an odd idea...fighting to ensure peace. But I wish it wasn't that way. I had hoped that the new ruler of Hueco Mundo would feel the same. I regret that not all your species can see like you do." he took a deep breath and smiled slightly, a small thing that vanished after some seconds, and he dropped his hand with a cough. Diesel stepped back slightly and flipped her file open, examing it carefully "I'm glad you're on our side. I hope we can attain that peace we both seek..." he said softly, keeping his eyes on the file.

 A tall pale blond man walked in in an odd looking shihakusho that one couldn't quite put their finger on. "Geia...urm I mean Hello." Altair said in a Greek accent. "I take it you var the new King correct?" His wording was still slurred, but for a foreigner he had pretty good grammar. "I vum sure you aren't allowed in here." He started to examine all the characters in the room. "Why I believe this is heresy," Altair approached the arrancar and studied her. "Korítsi...sorry I mean girl tell me what is your name and what you var?" The brilliant crystalline blue eyes charmed the girl in the way only a casanova could do.

Yukari blushed slightly as she smiled at Diesel and picked her head up. She then frowned at the mention of Keine. Her expression was worrisome as she spoke. "That's the thing though. I know that Keine isn't bad. For the longest time, she's felt the same way as me. Right now though she's racked with the guilt of killing Memnoch. She loved him, you know. Now with her responsible for his death and his power her own, she feels that it's her burden to continue his work, whether she wants to or not. Not only that...but I think Memnoch's power is corrupting her mind like it did his. I want to save her, but I'm not sure if it's too late. If it is, then I won't hesitate to face her." Yukari heard a strange accent of a voice and turned to see a pale blond man coming towards them. His voice was annoying, it made her sick to her stomach. She brushed her hair back behind her head and replied in an unamused tone. "I am Yukari Saigyouji, an allied Arrancar serving directly under his majesty. I think with the way you've come in, an introduction of yourself might be in order hm?" Her eyes were almost piercing now, This man gave her an unsettling feeling.

Diesel looked annoyed as a strange young man came, apparently, out of nowhere and Yukari began snapping at the boy Bloody hell! I can't be alone anywhere with anyone anymore. he closed the file and sighed unhappily. His glass mask was back in place, cold emptiness replacing the momentary softness he'd shown Yukari "Yes, I'm Diesel Wilhelm. And these records are open to anyone who wishes to read them." he growled, looking the man over "Yukari is a guest here. As for whether it is heresy or not, I care little for those things." he put a hand on Yukari's shoulder, a silent request to back down, and stepped around her "Might I ask who you are young man?"

Don't mind him, Vaizard, he learned were actually a part of Aizen's. It seemed to affect shinigami with higher level reitsu differently than ones with low leve, turning the higher level shinigami into some sort of hollow/shinigami chimera. Though it was uncertain if Urahara's invention the Hōgyoku played a large role in turning the vaizard stable. He shook his head in dismay and turned his attention to his King when he and his guest were interupted. Immidiatley he was at his side, standing a few inches infront of him and to the left, pointing his body toward the newcomer. he's just contemplating the best way to kill you.

Altair looked intently at the two, "This place is open to everyone, but items that pertain to seals would be located in the Gamma section in the Great Spirit Library." He began to pull out a lavish coat similar to the Squad one Kido Corps coat. "My name is Altair Foustous and I am the new Head Captain at the request of the dearly departed Ryuta." Altair walked a circle around Diesel reading his profile. "You may think that you were the only Captain in the Royal court, but what you may not know is there are 13 regions across the world that have their own head King figure. However, there is a head-being above each king and that would be God. You are just in my region call a Seraph. I am just as qualified as you, but Ryuta informed me of the ceremony and felt worry for you." Altair was then interrupted by a brat's presence. "Agóri, if you know what is best for you, you would stand aside got that?" Altair released an unrivaling flux of pressure to the guard as he moved away and sat down annoyed. "I would rather not, but by the way things look around here you are king without his steed. You can't get anywhere alone." Those words burned deep. "As for the girl, if God learns of this you will both be negated from the realm of souls and sentenced to something far worse than hell." Altair dug his hand in his satchel and pulled out a scroll with Greek gibberish in it that the others clearly couldn't read. "Soul Hierarchy goes as follows, God, Lord, Kings, Commanders, Captains, Lieutenants, Subordinates, Dignitaries, and Lastly Souls. I have a higher sense of knowledge than yourself. I have been to each region for the sake of God. The region of Japan is ranked seven my region is ranked one. So as long as I am here you King Wilhelm will respect your fellow equal." Altair stood up and looked over the girl once more. "We have very different view-points Miss. Yukali, I only know of your kind as filthy beasts. One screw up and you var nekrós" He poked her forehead as he turned around. "I have been instructed to do some investigating of your branch due to all these past incidents that take place in this lovely realm." Altair walked off and stopped at a book he saw. "Hmm, anyone care to tell me vat this is?"
