1; No mind reading or mind control
2; No forceing movments from others [IE; puppeteering]
3; Give a clear definition of all powers and abilities even on weapons
4; No RPing until your profile has been approved

~~~~HOW TO~~~~

Copy the skeleton
create a new topic in the profiles sub-forum
Paste the skeleton
fill it in
submit the profile
await a judge to come judge it
the Judge will look over your profile and tell you if anything needs to be changed.

If the profile fits the rules and the judge desides it is well balanced then they will approve it and you can begin RPing

Side kicks will now replace the special weapons section, each side kick is only allowed two powers, the rules still apply, no time manipulation, mind control, or puppetry. You can ONLY create a side kick once your character has been approved. Sidekicks have to have a post of their own, no editing the main character's post to fit two people.

If you wish you can have items insted of a side kick you can only have 2 special items limit is one power per item
