I finally bit the bullet and sent my phone in on warranty.
For some reason all the keys (its a qwerty phone) were wearing off way too fast. It wasnt until I noticed deep gouges appearing on the sides of the keyboard that I decided with certainty that it wasnt my fault.
Sooo I sent my phone in to LG and now I have a clunky loaner phone.
I have to figure out how to use T9 omg D:

t9 isn't that hard to figure out.
just remember to only hit each key once for each letter and you should be fine. wink

It took me a long time to build up speed when I finally learnt to text using T9. So now the idea of going to a full qwerty keypad just seems ridiculous. How can you possibly type fast on those things - the buttons are so tiny and there's so many more to push! gonk
