...Never had the chance, when you did have the chance but you messed what you were going to say up, forgot about it until afterwards, or thought up the witty comeback AFTER you got chewed up and spit out.
Or things that you wish you could say, in a situation that may or may never come up like...
'Pardon me, but your teeth appear to be in my neck.' This is something I have wanted to say for a while, mostly because I watched the movie Fearless Vampire Hunters, but I will unlikely have the chance to unless I find a strange romantic partner who... does that sort of thing. [I hope not, would be painful and maybe awkward.]
Anyways this is mostly just a thread I am making for... oh I'd say entertainment and humour. That and I may need fresh resources for those days I'm in need of something witty to say.
