Only a few miles from the border between Ricell and Elemmiire is a fortress built for Ricell's army. The army is mostly humans and sun elves though recruits usually anyone who can lift a weapon. Here they train those new recruits though never had their been a war between the three kingdoms, Ricell appears to be the most cautious encase it ever came to war with it's large army.
Also at the fortress is Ricell's Warrior Guild, a assortment of battle hungry warriors seeking combat and often heading hunting expeditions and would join Ricell if they went to war.
