I'm about to make Cate's profile. I'm thinking 'hearts' and 'pink' for the theme (he's obnoxious and gay, what can I do?) so it won't be particularly difficult to track down some pretty backgrounds. I have only one media in mind for him, so it will probably go in the center column.

Lol so I didn't know making a 'current' profile would be so easy. I still want to make the bars not be blue and center the words... dunno how to do that......... xD I'll figure it out though.
BUT HOW DO I GET A PLAYLIST ON HIS PROFILE? HALP!!!

Well I know I never use the Gaia generated playlist thing. Just go to projectplaylist.com I think is the name and make one on there, then use the media section to embed the code thing. Much nicer/easier than the Gaia playlist thing I believe.

You can edit it directly. Go to 'content' and add 'media.' Then click 'edit' on the media panel and insert your url. :3

When you're in editing mode (viewing the account's profile and clicking edit) there's that box to your right. Content is one of the clickable options. It allows you to add panels as you need them (extra custom panels, a media panel, your store, etc.)

Only I have also figured out that does not put a playlist on my profile. D: ....... which is apparently what I was trying to do....
... but the 'my playlist' thing doesn't have an edit option.. urghh..

I am getting better at coding things, but am still a beginner. XD I wish they offered a class on Gaiaonline Profiling Coding somewhere, lulz. I have heard of Myspace Profiling Coding classes at colleges, so maybe one day.
This thread will eventually have my "quickie walkthrough" of simple coding.

Thought you might want this too:
.media_panel embed{ position: relative;
left: 170px; top: 10px; width: 170px; height: 190px;}
Numbers are random, edit them as you wish XD You can adjust the media's location in the panel in relation to the left/top (such as jacking it over to the far right so you can put a picture in instead), and width/height changes the size of the media/playlist.
