Wynn was comfortable, seated on a bar stool in an ice cream parlor. It was newly opened with the warmer months fast approaching, and the boy was more than happy to take time out to sit and relax, have an ice cream and just enjoy the day. The sun shone brightly through the large windows, reflecting off the very shiny counter and floor.
The pink skinned boy tossed his long black hair a bit before sighing contentedly. Life was great.

The little bell attached to the door jingled merrily as two figures made their way inside. Greloren and Ryan headed to the counter, the half-elf lifting the boy up so he could see the ice cream selections. The two could only come into this place because Quill was not with them today. The little dragon had thought that all the ice cream was his for the taking last time Greloren had brought him to an ice cream parlor and thus the half-elf didn't go near one when Quill was with him.
Shortly, the two had their ice cream selections made and ordered and the worker set to carving their treats out of the buckets. Greloren set Ryan back down as the half-elf got ready to pay for the treats. The boy glanced around while waiting, his eyes falling upon a pink boy up on a tall stool. He scooted a bit closer to his guardian.

Wynn glanced over and waved upon spotting a dark skinned boy about his age. Luckily for him, Wynn was used to timid boys. "Hi there." he greeted gently.

Ryan glanced up at Greloren, who seemed to be ignoring the boy as he made sure their order was filled correctly. Nothing like biting into what you thought was mint and chip to find out it was avocado...
The boy glanced back over to Wynn. "Hi..." he managed, practically a whisper.

The pink boy smiled a tad more warmly but didn't approach or try to get much more energetic with Ryan. Keeping things calm was more likely to keep from scaring off the other kid, "What kind are you getting?"

"Chocolate," was the quiet answer. It was good. His favorite. His daddy always got it too. Which might be why it was Ryan's favorite. Little kids were odd.
"What do you have?"

"Oh, just mint chocolate chip." Wynn told him, showing the end of the bowlful. "I like it because it's green." There wasn't much harm in that, after all. There were worse reasons to like an ice cream.

Ryan peered at the remains of the ice cream. Well, it certainly looked neat with the nice green color and the black flakes in it too. But chocolate was good too.
Their ice cream was ready and Greloren took the two bowls and plenty of napkins. He shuffled, careful of the boy pressing against his legs, towards Wynn. "Why don't we sit with your new friend, Ryan?" The half-elf placed the bowls down at two spots near the other curio.
The boy stuck close to his guardian as they moved closer. At least the pink kid seemed nice... unlike some of the other brightly colored kids he'd met... "'Kay..." he answered in response to his guardian's comment, though it appeared they would've been sitting there regardless of his answer.

"There's plenty of room," Wynn agreed, scooting in a bit so they could pass.
Once the other boy had had a bit of piece to eat, Wynn spoke again, "So Ryan, do you have any hobbies, anything you like to do?" get him on something he liked - that'd help some. It did with Dei anyway
