Your stats determine how strong, quick and magically talented you are. To raise your stats in a certain parameter, you have to earn an experience point( EXP ) and then add onto your RPC. Experience points can be obtained through role-play and are effected by stat pools.
What are the stat pools?

B Rank ( 230 exp - 299 exp )
