Okay, I have the craziest idea ever and I hope I'd be able to finish what I am about to start... so here it goes. I'm planning to make a comic out of PoTO. That is to say I might use some points from ALW's musical (maybe use the lyrics and some dialogue) and change other things that didn't seem right (such as Erik's name not being mentioned at all and maybe Nadir being involved, finally) So who thinks that this is a whack idea? And who thinks that I'm on to something? If all turns well I'd be posting each page here in this thread... and if it fails then the moderators can delete this post Here's one page to let you guys see what I mean (Not edited in anyway as of yet, so it is still in pencil form, so I it still can be changed) 1st page

That would be interesting. I liked that page, well done and detailed. Though I'd really, really prefer a Leroux-based comic. xd

I like Leroux's version as well, but I also like ALW's, mainly because I love the music, so I was planning on mixing some parts up, but then again that might lead to a disaster. So I'd like to get your opnion on it.
For Leroux's version I wanted to get Erik's face since he orginally had a corpse face than a half handsom half radioactive burn. Another would be Nadir/ The Persian and Raoul meeting Christine first before she sets foot on stage.
For ALW's, I'd like to get the friendship of Meg and Christine, have at least a fight scene with Erik and Raoul since it would only be fair and make Raoul seem more heroic than him whinning in the book (no offense) Some music... like aiaoy since I can picture that scene so well in my head.
So... anymore sugestions before I put all these down to drawing? I'd appreciate it since I really want this to please the other Phans out there 3nodding

But seriously I've decided not to make it entirely musical. Here are the 2nd and 3rd pages, not edited again since I fear this project of mine might not finish through and my editing would go to a waste xp 2nd page3rd page-the Hannibal scene in the 2nd page is utterly stupid, planning on editing it with the 1st page, so that it would end up with the Populaire and below would be the pic of Erik and the screaming woman. Plus Piangi, as said by my older bro is too handsome to be Piangi sweatdrop

Those pages were great! I loved the third one as well, Leroux-ness! Though Leroux!Erik's chin and mouth are deformed like the rest of his face(haha, I'm an a**, I know.) In my mask examination, I realised Erik has more than one (not counting the black one burnt by Christine) and the one which shows the mouth and chin has an unknown color, so maybe it's white indeed. xd Yes, I have no life so I studied Erik's masks. xp Though I bet many, many phans have done that so far.

The story is great, The Rouged Girl, keep it up! I'd be so dissapointed if I didn't read the rest (Though I think I have a hunch on what's going to happen next wink )
