A long strip if sand with great tanning spots. There are huge boulders back on the shore for kids to sit on and look over the water. Up a little ways is a line of trees for kids to get out of the sun and rest
a bit without being too hot.

Alyson sat in the sand, still a little angry at what Kevin had done. She looked up towards the ocean and tried to think of anything but something that would make her angry. The last thing she wanted to be in right now was a bad mood.

Alyson looked up and poked the wolf to get its attention. "Hey, are you Axel? Or another wolf?" She asked, not sure who it was, or if it was just a wolf.

He sighed, walked towards a big rock and climbed on. He jumped into the water, splashing anyone withen fifty feet of him.

Alyson moved back trying not to get wet, though it didn't help much. "What's wrong?" She asked him. He seemed kind of sad.

 Lyris sat by the shore, dipping her feet in the cooling waters, closing her eyes, letting her sandy blond hair blow around her. She touched the ruby around her neck, and grimaced. The ruby was the size of a chicken egg, and though she normally felt proud to wear it, now she felt a bit ridiculous. It was also extremely valuable, perhaps she should keep it in her cabin.
Sticking a finger in the sand, she wrote in French, a language she knew just as well as English. Mon coeur est un bijou, et je te le donne ainsi. She grimaced again, wanting to smile.

Lyris leaned back on her towel, her eyes closed, as she lay there in the sun, she felt a little calmer, now that she was no longer pretending to be someone she was not.

 Andy smiled widely as she saw the beach again she gently placed her backpack on a rock, she took off her socks and shoes and put them on the same rock. She looked around at the people that occupied it as she rolled faded blue jeans up to the knees. She used a scrunchie that she kept around her wrist to tie her hair up into a loose bun and made her way into the water until she was knee deep. Still, her pants got wet from the waves.
After a few minutes she took the scrunchie out of her hair and shook her head, her hair blew slightly in the wind from the ocean. She smiled once before skipping back to shore and put her socks and shoes back on, she slid on the back back and left the beach, she was hungry from the long drive but she didn't want to go all the way to the lunch pavilion, either.

 Skylar came to the beach from Hermes's cabin, greatful for the change of scenery. He walked down to the shoreline and sat down, hugging his knees as he let his fingers dip into the waves. Maybe his mother was wrong. Maybe he didn't fit in here...Judging by what had happened earlier, he could be right. Why couldn't his parents have been normal? He sighed. Both of them....His dad was an unknown god who had yet to claim him. Did he even want to? For all he knew, he was some random kid out of probably millions that his god parent had with other women. He turned his head and saw the nearly washed away writing in the sand and he narrowed his eyes to read it. Darn dyslexia. Then he realized that it was in French, a language he had to learn while he was living with his mother in Germany. "Mon coeur est un bijou, et je te le donne ainsi..." He gave a faint smile at the words. Very forward. He returned his gaze to the sea, dropping his bag next to him from his shoulder on to the sand. He sat down more comfortably and leaned back on his hands, sighing quietly, and the soft sound was swallowed by the ocean. He gave a wry smile.
'With hands held high into a sky so blue, the ocean opens up to swallow you....'

Skylar sighed, standing up, ready to leave, when he caught a reflection of something glimmering above his head. He looked up quickly, eyes growing wide, when he realized it was a symbol. Hades' symbol. He had been claimed. What a....Coincidence. Shrugging, he couldn't help but let a faint smile touch his lips. He turned and left the beach for his new cabin.
