 Evermore is a place though difficult to find, but where both the lifeless and the living can be. It is where anything and everything can happen. Where past characters can come back to life and live among those who chose. It is a place where creatures in hiding have come to vanish from sight. Evermore is a family of both sides. Where both the dead thrive, the deceased haunt, and the living breathe. Evermore is a world where both darkness and light live among each other in neither peace or war.
Evermore however deep within its corridors rests a Doorway. A Doorway to the Underworld. This doorway is a gateway to the dead territory. It is neither heaven nor hell, but is. If it were to open to the wrong person chaos could break lose and threaten all who are in its path. But in the right hands could even stop death in its tracks. It is a threat and a gift depending on who opens it, that is if they could open it. The doorway chooses its guardians. And only they can open the gateway to the dead.

Nocturne was depressed. His sister was long gone probably haunting or tormenting something or likely someone. And his mother Requiem was busy around the clock now a days. With his head down and hair clouding around his pale face he walked through the forest. With a blank expression he nearly tripped over something that wasn't really there. Luckily a vine had been there. He grabbed a hold of it before completely falling on the ground. After letting go of the vine he fell down a hole. No not a hole stairs that lead into the earth. Hitting the bottom he sat up and looked around. "What the Hell..." he whispered to himself. The stairs closed off the above world leaving him the only choice to walk ahead.

A silver-haired girl was walking past just as Nocturne fell through, and stopped. A mischevious smirk appeared on her face once she spotted him and walked over. It'd been a while since she'd found anyone who'd gotten into Evermore, and this boy seemed fun to mess with. "Just what do you think you're doing here?" Nimia asked in a silvery voice. "And where are you from, anyway?" She doubted he was from the same place she'd been born - it seemed most had left that place.

Nocturne looked over at the girl who had spoken. He rubbed his eyes quietly for a moment. The dark was not a problem but switching had given him a headache. "Uhh... well i came from Nightingale Academy. And then this friggin' hole like... came out of no where. Where am I?" this had happened to him before but he couldn't remember what it was. That part of his memory was so clouded.

Nimia frowned slightly to learn where he was from. She'd never heard of it. She hadn't exactly expect him to know Breaking Tides, either, but she could always hope. "You're in a little place called Evermore," she responded, observing him. Maybe he was slightly familiar, though it was hard to tell. "Wonder why the doors opened for you of all people," she speculate, looking him over. Her nose crinkled slightly as if she had a bad smell under it.

Nocturne rolled his shoulders and then stood up. He gracefully walked past the girl and started on his way. He had to get out of here and pretty quick. If his little sister got into trouble then he was in trouble; or maybe she was here he had a quick thought. Either way its time to get going. "I have been here before..." he said to the girl as he passed her.

Nimia watched him as he tried to find a way out, a mocking smirk playing on her face. It was exactly what she'd done when she'd first fallen in: looked for a place to get out. "If you've been here before, then you know you can't leave until the doors open for you again," she said. Just watching him made her laugh lightly. It was amusing watching a person's face flicker with their thoughts the way his did.

Nocturne stopped and looked at the girl. "How long have you been down here?" he asked knowing that he would probably be down here for a very long time. His mother was going to kill; if he made it out alive. His face flickered with his changing thoughts.

Nimia shrugged. She hadn't kept track of time in Evermore. "Probably a year, year and a half. Not so bad, once you get used to it," she said simply, leaning against a nearby wall. She continued to watch him, smirking. He had something - or someone - up there he needed to get to. The type of desperation just made it all the more fun for her.

Nocturne was not happy now. "So why did the door open under me? or... yeah i guess that is it." he frowned slightly. "Could you show me around?" he asked politely.

Nimia shrugged. "Who knows? I still haven't found out why the door opened for me either, but it did." She pushed herself away from the wall as he asked to be shown around. Silently she nodded and headed off, expecting him to follow her. Though her nature told her to simply tell him to shove off and find his own way around, she didn't. Hell, if she was lucky enough this person might even be her ticket out of the place to cause havoc at this 'Nightingale' place.

Nocturne looked around. His eyes glaring at the walls that were keeping him captive. "You know i haven't been here for an hour and i already hate this place.." he wasn't lying but his face was expressionless.

Nimia let out a laugh. His expressionless face was annoying, but his comment was enough. "Why do you hate it? Rather dull, yes, but not that bad a place after a while." She stopped and turned to look at him, her head cocked to the side with a mocking smirk still firmly in place on her face.

Nimia nodded once. She understood; it'd taken her a while to get over the fact she'd been forced to stay there as well. She walked slightly ahead, but where she could still see him easily out of the corner of her eye. "What is it you're missing up there?" she asked after a silent moment.
