Alena sat on the edge of the roof, her legs dangling down. Her eyes were red and puffy, but they had long since dried themselves out.
For but a moment, she had concidered simply slipping off the roof and letting gravity take her....to Mitsuki. But no....she couldn't do that....Mitsuki wouldn't want that.....

Nimia had walked up to the roof; it was one of the few places high enough to feel disconnected from the rest of the world when her tree just didn't cut it. She had been planning just letting go of the fire pent up inside her, but spotted Alena. Silently the vampire crossed over and sat next to her friend. "You ok?" she asked softly, her red eyes holding a look of deep concern.

"What do you think?" The Anthro-Cat responded, opening her hand to reveal the small lock of tri-colored hair. With a sigh, she ran the same hand through the side of her long blonde hair.
A soft glow followed, as she took her hand away.
The lock seemed to have melded itself into Alena's hair, flowing directly from her own color, to silver, then pink, then back to blonde. "This place.....we still have to find out why the heck we're here...."

Nimia silently agreed with a nod, ignoring the hair lock that had melded into Alena's hair. To be honest, that sort of odd occurence was nothing new. "I still don't remember much of anything before here..." she admitted quietly. All she knew was what little she could get out of the different forms of her in the secret room. "I doubt we'll ever really figure it out..." Then, without warning, a great blast of fire burst out in all directions around the dark haired girl, consuming both of them. But the fire was heatless; Alena would merely get a slight tickling sensation.

Alena, despite her solemn feelings at the moment, couldn't help but giggle......then a bit louder.....then more high pitched.
Her giggleing continued as she turned twords Nimia. "What are you..ha! Doing?" She asked, standing up, and approaching her, before collapsing to one knee in laughter.

After a moment the fire disappeared. Nimia frowned and looked down. "Sorry. It's been a while since I've been able to let anything out." As anyone who had met the vampire knew, she used fire to get out the emotions she'd carried around; for some odd reason merely spilling her guts out didn't help. Though despite the serious nature of their conversation, the laughter was contagious. Nimia soon found herself to be laughing just as hard as her friend as well.

After a while, the roar of laughter had dulled down to a more...manageable amount. Though Alena still couldn't stop smiling. "Don't be sorry." She said, placing a hand on her friend's shoulder. "I needed that. What do you say we explore the place a bit? We never really got a chance...."

Once Nimia's laughter had died down, she nodded and stood, a small smile still printed on the vampire's face. "You're right. Where should we head to first?" she asked, glancing over the grounds quickly. The grounds were the one place she'd gotten to learn well; she spent quite a bit of time outside for fire use purposes.

__________╠-Mikuo D. Freed-╢__________________[ Student | Sixteen | Half-Breed ]"INDENTA girl stumbled upon the area, pushing leaves away from her face to find her way. "Ugh! There's so many!" she said in an irritated tone. Her sky blue eyes glittered from an angle of the sunshine. Once the leaves were gone, there was a place where she could 'see' ghosts. Lots of them roamed around and many conversations took place. There was a teenager who looked very familiar. He certainly looked very cute to her. "Miki..." the boy said in a calm tone. He leaned over, and at the second their lips met, everything faded into white."
INDENTMikuo realized it was just a dream, and sighed. She looked at the sky and then held her hands up. 'I guess it's time to 'socialize' on my first day...' the girl thought to herself. Her eyes grew smaller as she squinted at the sun and put on orange sporty sunglasses to cover her eyes. She sighed once again and stood up. Miki stood at the edge and it seemed like she was going to jump. She did but just before that, she tapped her shoes and wheels popped out like inline skates. Mikuo skated down and landed with such grace. Goodthing she went down the dark way. The side of the school no one really saw.

~+Hannah Berry+~ I feel the adrenaline moving through my veins Spotlight on me and I'm ready to break I'm like a performer, the dancefloor is my stage Better be ready, I hope you feel the same Hannah sighed, sitting on the edge of the roof, her feet dangling down towards the ground. It was a long drop, but she didn't have much issues with falling. She had great balance. Yawning, Hannah turned her gaze up towards the sky. "Geez...Nothing happening," she muttered, watching clouds float by. Boring. All eyes on me in the center of the ring just like a circus When I crack that whip, everybody gon' trip just like a circus Don't stand there watching me, follow me, show me what you can do Everybody let go, we can make a dancefloor just like a circus

"Nothing you say?" came a voice from seemingly nowhere.
One of the clouds above began descending, as it seemed to push itself together, cramming itself into a much smaller form that gained more and more definition as it came closer.

`*{Eriens wis Araud}*` As the cloud continued to descend toward the roof, a flickering haze separate from the cloud anomaly appeared on the corner of the roof. With each flicker, the haze grew less transparent yet never growing completely opaque. What at first looked to be formless began to focus into an almost human and feminine shape. The only noticeable difference was the two tentacles on either side of its head that seemed to sway along with the breeze. As its appearance grew more opaque, a slender arm lifted a hand to its face. Ethereal fingers moved slightly as the hand turned and paused at different angles before the creature's eyes. Once the flickering had stopped, the being slowly raised its head from inspecting its hand and viewed the surrounding environment. At once, its tentacles started to actively wander through the surrounding air.
