Welcome to Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry...
You are Fourth years transferring from Beaubatons Academy for Girls and Durmstrangs Acadamy for Boys....
Now then...first things first, your sortment into your Houses...keep in mind that while at this school your House is your Family...they are:

Personality - Alister always has a calm, sarcastic, confidence about him. Often, he's seen as a punk rock bad boy, and with good reason. He does have a nasty temper. However he can be incredibly kind when he sees fit. He's also a good friend to have at your back in any kind of fight.
Biography - Alister lives with his mom, his parents having separated.... for domestic reasons. Basically, his dad found out his mum's a wizard and freaked. He's very fond of his mum.... In any case, Alister saw it as his job to take care of her, so he trained himself, as well as took the time to learn some basic spells.. book wise anyways. He didn't have a wand to practice with. Now he's off to Hogwarts... This should be interesting.

Biography - Grew up in the U.S both her muggle parents immigrating from Britain. Was privately tutored by a wizard sent from Hogwarts until she turned 15. Finally her 15th birthday was close at hand and her parents decided it was alright for her to go off alone and recieve a real magical education at Hogwarts. Being new to Europe and growing up in the south, Meg is curious about everything at Hogwarts and hopes that she will make many new friends.

The start of a new year, 4th year. Strange enough though, this year would be receiving new students, boys from Durmstrang and girls from Beaubatons, even others. Despite this though the transferring students arent even native to the areas the schools belong to, having transferred there themselves. Now they would be going to Hogwarts, having been sorted privately. When Dumbledor introduced them they were already sitting at their respective tables, standing and taking a bow. Once sitting back down they would immediately be welcomed at their tables.

She smiled as some Slytherin girls chatted to her, Draco Malfoy sat next to her, introducing her self to him. She showed interest at first but then lost it just as quickly. Even so this didnt deter him, he was determined it seemed. She was beautiful and foreign to him, so he wanted her. Her un-interest was his drive to prove himself.

Sitting at the Ravenclaw table proved to be annoying to him. He was smart yes but he had no intention of communicating with these people, they only served to annoy him at the moment. Sighing he rolled his eyes slightly, but they didnt notice, just kept chatting on.

Blending in with these people seemed the easiest thing to do. Hed been here a few years already, 4 to be exact. He had a group of followers who knew who he really was, he was very selective in his choosing. They had to be perfect in certain ways, his perfect soldiers that would be ready to do his bidding when the time came. He already had a newcomer in mind, sitting over at the Slytherin table.

Alister yawned, his glasses giving everything a orange tinge to everything he looked at. No one was really.... talking to him. They seemed to be scared of him, which he didn't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing yet. Humming to himself, he enjoyed his dinner in relative peace, his mind drifting to thoughts of his mother.

Harry Potter chatted with his friends, looking around to one of his other best friends "Hey Kris, one of the new students doesnt look very welcome..." He frowned slightly. Being raised in a caring family had Harry worrying a bit.
The boy he talked to smiled "No need to worry, I'll make him feel right at home" Leaving his spot across from Harry he made his way over to the quiet one, sitting down "Dont talk very much do you? My names Kristophe, most call me Kris though"

"Kris huh...? I'm Alister." Alister said, glancing at the boy next to him. He had a pleasant voice certainly. "It's not that I don't like to talk... I just don't have anything to talk about... That and I'm an apparently scary person." He shrugged, running a hand through snowy white hair before adjusting his orange tinted glasses.

Brandy sat at the ravenclaw table scraling something on a pad of paper. She was never really one to start conversations an all the strangers made her feel super uncomfortable, so for the most part she kept her eyes down and avoided attention. The one time she did look up he spied Luna Lovegood, she stared at her in awe for only three seconds before her eyes fell back to the table due to Luna's moving in the direction of her. She was never going to make any friends this way...but was that such a bad thing she thought to herself

"Ah even better, still people tend not to care or dont know any better, im sure when they get used to seeing you around theyll want to be your friend" Kristophe smiled a charming smile. "If you dont mind my asking, why did you tranfer to Durmstrang?" He looked up as Harry and the gang slid over "Ah, Alister, this is Harry, Ron and Hermione"
The three smiled and nodded, Harry speaking "Hello" as Hermione took out her book once more to finish her studying, Ron munching on some food.

When Luna tried to speak to Brandy her nerves got the best of her. She found she was having a hard time making eye contact with her and stuttering. She really did need to get a hold on her nerves. "Y-yes I'm new, m-my name is Branwen, but I go by Brandy." She could feel herself about to babble and she immediatly stopped her voice to keep from making a fool of herself.

((I know my profile hasn't been posted yet, but I've already been sorted so, I figured whats the harm))
Tomas was sketching the ravenclaw symbol he saw on the many house banners around the table on scrap parchment as Dumbledore was finishing his introductions. He could here some of the other transfers talking amongst their new classmates. It was his habit to sort out conversations her overheard in his head. It gave him more information than his eyes could. Much like people watching but slightly more invasive. Still, hearing everyone else talk wasn't keeping his interest. He put his quill down and snuck a piece of chicken to Fisch, who was napping peacfully in his lap under the table. The cat accepted happily before drifting to sleep again. How I'd like to be you right now. he thought to himself, feeling groggy from the feast and to regulatory proceedings of the evening. He grabbed the quill and made a few finishing marks. He then pulled out his wand and touched the bird in the center. It sprung to life on the page, pruning its feathers a bit before flying off the page leaving only the coat of arms behind it.
