There is this guy who i like and I want to ask him to our school dance. He knows me, but he doesn't really talk to me much. What do I say? He is going to the dance. Should I just meet him there or ask him out?

If you guys don't talk too much, I'd say meet him there. Then, talk to him, and get to know him, and see how it goes from there. Hope this helps! =^-^=

Judging by the fact that he's already going, I'd say to ask him prior. He might be bringing another woman, and it's best to deal with it beforehand and have a friend go with you rather than find out while you're there and have nothing to do for the rest of the dance while you're upset from feeling oblivious.
Maybe not ask him out outright since you two don't talk that often, but just bring it up to him, ask him if he's going, who he's bringing, and if you two could meet up there if he isn't. That simple.
Still, make sure to bring 2 friends so they can stay with eachother and not feel left out in case he brings someone and you need a backup plan.

Start talking to him now if your friends with any of his friends then hang with them when they are with him.MAKE SURE HE DOESNT HAVE A GF
