East Headquarters  East City is a city in the eastern region of Amestris, which serves as the military command base for the area. For most of the series' first arc, East City is where Colonel Roy Mustang and his subordinates are stationed as well as the point where Edward Elric must make his official reports. Though considered by many as a "backwater" place with little future, East City boasts what is recognized as Amestris' strongest offensive force. Having the closest proximity to Ishval, the Eastern Military was the main bulk of the Ishvalan civil wars; experiencing its soldiers considerably.

fullmetal leaned agianst a wall and hummed and thought to himself "when is he going to arive".then fullmetal started to play with his pocketwatch.

Flame walked into the city looking for fullmetal. Flame looked by one of the builings and saw fullmetal. "Oh there you are" Flame called out.

fullmetal waved and asked flame "so do you know anything about the philospher stone".fullmetal sat on the bench next to the building and wated for flames reply.

fullmetal sighed and leaned backand muttered to flame "no reason" .fullmetal asked flame "well let me see your skills as a captian you should be decent".

"Ok that seems fair i guess." Flame said. Ummm.....that house looks pretty abondoned to me. Flame snapped his left hand in the direction of the house and a huge fireball shot at it and disentegrated it. "How's that." Flame said with a grin on his face. "I can do much more though." Flame said tryin to mimic what fullmetal had told him earlier after showing his skills.

fullmetal looked at the house as it was burning he grinned and looked at flame and said "that was great your stronger then i thought."fullmetal stood and looked at flames gloves alchemic circles on the gloves fullmetal asked flame "is that how you use alchemy without a transmutation circle?"

fullmetal chuckled to himself and said "flame the reason why i wanted to know if you knew anything of the stone is becuase i want it".fullmetal sighed and said "the philospher stone can make you atleast four times stronger and i know everyone wants one".

Flame smiled. "Well this is perfect, I actually wanted to get the philosopher stone myself. I Iied earlier because i thought that you would think i was crazy, but do you even have any leads on where we could find one? Flame asked.
