Only a few days ago had she met the fairy like creature that she had come to know as a friend. Since then she had been spending a little time with her family, now she was heading back home and decided to stop by the flower filled field were she had met the flutter. Landing on the soft green grass she noticed that nothing had changed, the day and the setting was just as warm and beautiful as it was then. Looking around she saw no immediate signs of life, however she knew his trick, she knew how he could chose to take on any size he pleased, so more than anything she was watching were she stepped, a gentle breeze stroked the mane of the large angeni mare. Blowing gently The beads around her neck let off a light glow, as did the writing which was found on her ribbons.
"Hello, Wisp?" she called out, maybe he was not around, however she hoped he was, in her time away all she could think about was returning to this beautiful place to see him again. Even though she loved the time she spent with her youngest brother. She would sure return to him. He was getting larger now, she would always remember how he looked as a foal, how cute and innocent he is. It made her think a little, she had always dreamed about foals of her own, she was prepared to wait to have them with the right stallion however sometimes she wondered what life would be like as a mother. If she did bare children, she hoped they would be like her little brother, only time could tell. She leaned her head forward to take a smell of a wonderful blue flower by her feet. It was so amazingly pleasant. So sweet. Even if her friend was not here, she was glad she came back. For the flowers.

At the sound of a voice, a small white head popped up from the flowers, shedding petals and pollen every which way. Sevati wasn't quite intoxicated enough yet on nectar to ignore the sounds around her, and she was very intrigued by the big sound that was calling her son's name!
She took to the wing, turning slowly, the gold on her wings catching the sunlight and glinting as she did so. The flutter mare caught sight of the large mare and winged her way swiftly over, hovering around knee height and squinting upwards for she was very slightly buzzed from being in the flowers for so long.
'Hey..up there!' she giggled, lazily turning so that she could just about see the mare's head.

Terentia heard something, she could have swore she did. She looked around and blinked, before she looked down, seeing something almost sparkling in the light, she lowered her head and on closer on inspection saw a butterfly like creature, this field was filled with flutters, maybe they all knew each other. She smiled at the fairy princess like mare and asked softly in greeting. "Hello there my name is Terentia, I was wondering do you know anyone here called Wisp? I am looking for him." The little white mare was very beautiful, she could see all the little markings on her wings were like lace, her hair was long and flowing and the little gold pearls in her hair were so elegant. Terentia's voice was whisper like and soothing, guessing they must here things loud, plus she did not want to blow her away with her breathe.
Her long black and gold hair was touching the floor, her black eyes looking into the soft rick ones of the mare, she seemed to be very happy, she remembered that Wisp told her that sometimes the pollen were like drugs, maybe this mare had been in it a little too long. Since she seemed very happy and flighty. The breeze was gentle, it must be perfect for the little fairy's to fly in, since she was sure anything more than a soft wind would make them blow around uncontrollably. Life must be fun for them, she was sure it would be. The flutters always seemed to be such kind and happy creatures.

'Hellooooo..' Sevati repeated, before realising that the larger mare had indeed replied and said some stuff. She really did have to listen harder when on a pollen and nectar high and she shook her head, her crimped mane dancing around her face as she did so.
'Of course I know Wisp!' she smiled, arching one fine brow at the mare. Was this some girlfriend of his that he'd not told his mother about? How awful! She wanted to know straight away when her son was spreading more love in the world, and so she was cross and happy all at once.
'He's around the meadow somewhere, I lost track of him a few flowers back.' she giggled, whirring a little further up over the tops of the grass.
'So, so, so, so!' Sevati wobbled a bit then keeping her balance peered up at the mare again. 'You his girl?'

Terentia smiled, at least she knew her friend was not too far away, this little flutter mare might be his girlfriend, who knew. The thought did set her back a little hoping she did not think badly of her finding a friend in her man. However she was sure she did not think that way, she seemed too happy. "That's good, have you two been playing?" she smiled, knowing Wisp's love of flying, having another flutter to buzz around with must be great fun, some epic games of tag must come from that. She looked around the flowers, he was not the easiest colour to spot, not by a long shot, so she turned her attention back to the mare and greeted her politely. "My name is Terentia, its very nice to meet you." She introduced herself before realising what she had asked her. He stud there stone cold, had she really just asked her that? had Wisp told her that? what?
"Erm....." She stated, Terentia was a women who was never ever ever ever lost for words. However this was a rare moment, she was totally lost for words. Nothing seemed to be coming out, she was caught of guard. "Wisp... is my friend." She finally let out with a nervous look on her face. She had never been mistaken for anyone's girlfriend. She cleared her throat, not making eye contact with the other mare until she composed herself once more, going back to looking through the flowers from her friend, she put a small smile on her face and turned to the mare once more. "W-why are you his... lover?* ._.?

'Oh, not so much playing as loving, and nuturing the flowers, and enjoying the benefits we get in return.' Sevati smiled at the mare, a very blissed out expression on her face. She was most definately the Soquili version of a flower-child, and she wondered how others got through their days without knowing the joy that just being in nature brought.
'Oh yes, friend is it?' the little mare might have been a complete flake in some ways, but she had a shrewd eye for those in love or even on the cusp of thinking that way about it. Though of course it might just be the pollen making her think that way..
She stared at the mare after she asked her question, and then laughed out loud, losing her ability to fly for a moment and falling in a giggly heap on the grass.
'Oh goodness me no! He's my son dear.'

It had never occurred to her before, however it sounded right. Like bee's went from flower to flower to make honey and spread pollen, so too must the flutters, they want to make the flowers grow faster so they have a place to live, she smiled. You learn something new every day. Her eyes widened as the little creature fell into some grass in fits of laughter, what had she said that was so amusing? she leaned her head down to look at her, before the realization hit her. Oh my. She was his mother? she stepped back a little in shock. Again lost for words.
"I am sorry, I did not know. I- I-... ahem." She gave a nervous chuckle looking to the side for a moment. She did see the funny side of things. She had to admit, the white mare looked a little like him. Slightly. He must resemble his father a lot. However now she was talking to the mare, she might as well make friends. After all she was friends with her fun, she would like relationships with her to be friendly too. She seemed like such a nice person. "H-has he talked about me at all?" She asked with a small smile, trying to make conversation with the other mare. Her long gold ribbons catching light from the sun. She was a little bit embarrassed, feeling she had made a little bit of a fool out of herself, however she was trying her hardest not to show that it bothered her, after all it was a wonderful day.

Sevati's head was clearing the longer she was away from the haze inducing pollen and she smiled with warmth, shaking her dainty little head.
'It's not to worry, you were not to know after all.' she rose from the ground, shedding grass blades as she took to the air again, her wings moving swiftly.
'Talked about you? I'm sorry dear but no, he's not dropt a word about meeting such a lovely young lady.' she gave a slight frown, not sure why he would not speak of her, but she knew that she did tend to slightly embarrass her son and so that was probably why.
'He does tend to be a little private with his nearest concerns, so don't think it means anything.' she smiled, turning slightly for she was sure she heard her name called.
Oh no, oh no.. Wisp thought frantically as he whizzed across the tops of the flowers and grass, looking ahead at the figure of his newfound friend and the small one that was obviously his mother. What had Sevati said to Terentia? He dreaded to think how long they might have been talking for, and it was with a rather strained smile on his face that he joined the mares.
'Mum..' he said first, then looked at Terentia. 'Hi there.' he smiled warmer this time, trying to be calm, hoping his mother hadn't said anything too embarrassing.

"Oh no, really it does not matter I was just wondering." She gave her a small smile, she was enchanted by the way her wings moved, they seemed to graceful did the flutters, like they were doing a ballet with the wind. She was just the same as Wisp then really, she was very private about her life, if her mother asked her about such things she would tell the truth but she would not go to her and talk to them by will, she had not said a word about Wisp to her family, so it was not strange he had done the same, after all they had only just met. Tilting her head she swore she heard something bare the words mother. She blinked before her attention went towards the voice, seeing a familiar blue and green figure, with strong yet elegant wings and long flowing hair.
"Hello Wisp. I have been looking for you. Your mother is very nice." She smiled bowing her head to him in greeting, her nose at there level. If someone had come past they must think she was indeed talking to herself. It made her wonder, maybe hundreds of fairies lived in this field, just no one noticed them. I mean it was possible and the idea of a little fairy kingdom made her very happy indeed. She took a deep breathe, white fur warming by the sun, and long lush grass ticking her legs.

Wisp pressed his small nose against her larger one, and then backing up a few yards, changed size as he fell to the ground. In a few moments he was almost as big as Terentia and he smiled again.
'Looking for me?' he asked, his heart giving a little skip as to the reason behind that. Of course they had said when they last parted that they should meet up again, but he hadn't expected it so soon.
Sevati giggled, staying in her small form. 'Why thank you dear, you're very nice yourself.' she eyed her son, his expression at seeing the young mare, and gave a broad grin.
'Well..it was lovely meeting you my dear.' she fluttered around Terentia's knees. 'I shall leave you two alone now.' she spun in the air, before facing them again and winking at the pair.
'Don't do anything I wouldn't do!..' the words sailed behind her, as did her giggles as she flew off.

Terentia looked at the little figure that was zooming around, listening to her words. Smiling at the fact that she seemed to like her. It made her happy. Then she suddenly said she was leaving. "Oh- okay its been nice to meet you." She smiled, 'do not do anything she would not.' "Hmm and what exactly would your mother not do." She asked with a small chuckle, it was a question that did not need a reply. She watched as her friend returned to his normal size, if flutters could get smaller could they also get taller? she wondered tilting her head. If not Wisp appeared to be a little shorter than her, no that it mattered she was just not used to males being small. It was something different and to be quite frank she found it cute.
She nodded her head. "Yes in fact, I have just come back from seeing my little brother and well, there was no where else I wanted to be. After our last meeting was so pleasant." She stated with a clam and caring smile. She walked along besides him before laying on the grass. Looking out at all the flowers, her hair trailing on the floor. Terentia was a very fluffy mare, growing up on the mountains and being a angeni meant her coat was very thick and long, in summer it was a pain, but much like a elephant, if she flapped her head wings, and the ones around her ankles it cooled her down fairly quickly. "I hope I did not come at a bad time, were you and your mother busy?"

Wisp rolled his eyes skywards, that hadn't been too obvious what his mother was insinuating was it? Of course, this was why he didn't speak of mares in casual conversation with his mother, her romantic heart and head would flit straight to love before Wisp could blink.
'Be non-embarrassing?' he offered, shooting her an apologetic look before adding.
'I am sorry, I hope she didn't say anything inappropiate before I got here.' he joined her on the ground, his wings resting at ease, and his tail in a heap behind him. He looked at the Angeni mare, seeing what a pretty picture she made as she lay amongst the grass and flowers, and not for the first time remarking how much depth was in her eyes despite their black colour.

"It was nothing, I have to admit though your mothers reaction to seeing me would have been better than my fathers reaction to seeing you. He wants all of his girls to remain his and just befriending a male in his eyes is treason My birth mother has him on a tight leash, my sister has also just given birth so he is more on guard than usual, luckily for me I do not see him that much. Your mother is a very nice women, she did not say anything too much, she seemed to have completely mistaken our relationship though. I can not say much, when I saw her I predicted her to be your lover. You really look quite different, however both beautiful in your own way." She stated with a small smile looking at her flutter friend with sparkling eyes, she was a little embarrassed by the situation. However she knew to take the situation with a pinch of salt. She always tried to look on the bright side of everything, even if there seemed to be none.
She smiled as he came to hit next to her, his hair was so long it seemed to cover the ground like a quilt. The little bit of his tail that was touching her felt so silky. She looked at his wings, only now he was close noticing how paper thin they seemed. Light seemed to make them glow in some strange manor. It really was beyond her how you would fly with such things. However she was not going to question such a beautiful thing. She smiled and when she realized she was staring she looked out in front, a small pink tinge to her face. Which soon faded back into its usual snow white complexion. She really did enjoy the company of her friend, she thought she had a little crush on him. However she was sure it would pass soon enough. After all who would not find a handsome stallion attractive, she did not have to act on such things. He was fun to be around, refreshing. She values that in him.
"It is such a wonderful day, I am convinced this place is magic."

'I'm glad then, I wouldn't want our friendship to cause you any difficulties in your life.' Wisp said, his wings moving a little. How terrible for anyone to dictate the terms of their life, what they did and who they met. For once he was thankful that both his parents were very good in that respect.
He laughed a little at that, but wondered as he did so what she was thinking when she asked, jealous in any small way at the thought that he did have someone, despite him saying last time they spoke that there was no one like that in his life yet.
'Do I have something on my face?' he asked with a smile, catching her looking at him. Not that it was a hardship, he could happily sit here and look at her all day himself.
'There's magic of a sort, nature, and life is magical.'

"You do not cause me any trouble, in fact its a pleasure to be around you." She smiled and looked back at him, it looks like her attempt to look away with out him knowing had failed, she smiled leaning down to pick up a small flower, balancing it at the end of his nose. "Well you do now." she smiled trying to avoid that conversation at all costs, she had to be careful where she kept her eyes it seemed. Hearing what he said she looked around, he sounded like her, she was the one to always have said that. Everything around them was what the spirits had blessed them with. Everything was magical and more so everything was connected. Soquili were connected to the tree's the flowers, the sky the water, even to each other, they were all part of one big circle. She smiled and tilted her head looking his way once more. "That is something we both can agree on my friend."
She stated with a small smile, her eyes on the flower that laid rest on his nose. "its certainly your colour." she chuckled and shook her head, laying it down in the flowers looking up at the sky, she was tired, it had been a very long flight indeed. She was glad her wings could rest because even she can admit, that she was not the lightest thing to carry around. Pleasant smells shot up her nose, now she was so close to them, she loved flowers, she just never had took the time to really appreciate them.
