So, she was originally a He, but He got changed to a goddess because it was so much more dramatic for him to be a girl (he was a he originally but the plot is he got reborn as a goddess instead of a god, to his horror. Amusing plots ftw.), so the reference images are inaccurate, which gives you full artistic freedom to change it from a guy to a girl.
The only thing I ask is that you keep the basic elements roughly the same. Also, keep her hair big like a mane, but in a more feminine style than just a mane?
Elements;
x – Dark colours for base, grey/white hair.
x – Red markings, CC choice.
x – Black/dark grey wings (fairly large?)
x- Animal pelt across her back, CC of colour/design.
x- braids in hair/mane.
x- Mismatched jewellery and a rainbow feather around her neck.
x- should look slightly creepy/grumpy (like >:| or :|, but not outright terrifying, if that make sense? XD
x- CC any other markings/edits you feel appropriate for her domain/just pretty.
