D.C. the home of the President and the members of Congress is currently the safest place on earth. The whole city has been fortified 8 inch thick steel wall that surround the perimeter of the White house, or what's left of it, and the U.S. Capital building. Within that perimeter are specialized snipers, mortars, and anti-air cannons. Each soldier stationed here is outfitted with the latest in military hardware as well as a key card to bypass some of the defenses, enough military defenses so that they can make it to their post. All Soldiers are equipped specialized neutralization weapons, guns that fire specially made syringe bullets that reverse mutation, reverting the meta human to a powerless state for a short amount of time. There are three waves of soldiers that surround the base, first wave, probably the easiest to beat, carry assault weapons, grenades, and armored plating that can stop a sniper bullet fired from 3 feet. The armor itself has a few cracks for easier mobility.
Second squad has snipers, rocket launchers, and plasma rifles. Plasma rifles are extremely dangerous because they can melt through 12, inch thick sheets of galvanized rubber. They are equipped with a manufactured super drug, making them stronger, faster, and more durable than their armored counterparts.
The final squad is the most lethal, being the fact that they are the newest breed of super soldier, given a prototype drug that activates when a certain frequency is reached within earshot. They transform into oversimplified mini hulks. The soldier returns to the normal state as soon as the frequency is no longer heard, which in this case would be the alarm that sounds off as soon as the second squad has had a breach.
