All right, guys! I'm back. I'm not sure for how long, but for the time being, I feel like it's necessary to do a major update!!

So let's start a little list to keep organized. You guys have been the ones running the show for the past forever, therefore making your input (not just mine) the most important! What kind of things do you guys want for the guild?! Post your ideas!

     A very tricky thing to do...
Considering it is hard to figure out what does and doesn't need changing.

The things that are under control here really are the:

• Homepage
  
• Main Forum
  
• Sticky Topics in Main Forum
  
• Sub-forums

Possible things to be done are:

• Re-writing the important Sticky Topics?
  
• Cleaning up some old Topics by Deletion (or making an archive sub-forum to shove them all in)
  
• Managing subforums

and...
maybe some other things but I am sleepy

- Haha.. umm. I've *cough* already shoved a few stickies into the crew forum for storage until future purposes..

- I have never thought of a good method to deal with the subforums! There are so many of them, and our guild isn't big enough to support them all.

- Since all our image links have broken, redoing the stickies such as the rules, etc.. will be my next priority.

     Well, the sub-forums don't seem that big of a problem. Yeah there are a bunch but then, this is EverythingFE xD
The issue is just there isn't a big enough user base to make use of them at the moment. So most of the active folk just stick to the main forum where you can easily s updates ( because Gaia Guild system needs updates for better notification! Dx ).

Just need to get people back into using them and checking them.

Of course there is quite a large amount of old stuff sitting in them now...

I'll think of something!

Probably just a bit of re-ordering and re-purposing could do nicely. Then some cleaning up.

Yes! A little polishing and the guild will look very nice. I feel like everything's already kind of here, we just need to further organize it and throw in some graphics.

Then maybe I'll try venturing out into the real forums for some new members.

     Heh an alert would be very useful since every member would get it.
Possibly reminding those who just kind of disappeared.

However, recruiting is going to be necessary as well.
Don't know how many people will bother to return.

     Dunno. Already have six stickies on the main forum. Might add a lil more confusion.
Besides, I don't see that thread disappearing into the second page any time soon. Though if it does... then perhaps yes.

Well, ahm.
I'm not crew or anything <<';
And I've only been here for two days, but to me there seems to be a lot of threads and such that are 2-3 years old with the last posts being just as old.

The sticky thing doesn't really confuse me so much.
After skimming them all, I just went on to posting in as many of the forums I can relate with.

It's sad that the RPing sub forum isn't really that active it seems :[

One other thing I noticed was that the main forum had a lot of stuff that could be in a sub forum.

     Yep! Now if the crew subforum was checked...
Hehe posted a suggestion of making an Archive subforum to throw all the old stuff into if we cannot bear to be rid of it.

I myself might start moving a few things I suppose. Like that trade up game. That would be a Word Game.

I just hate subforums because Gaia has such a horrible notifiaction system xP

As for RP subforum, yeah I wouldn't mind seeing some activity in that.

I didn't know how old the guilds were until I joined this one.

I haven't been in a guild/active in a guild like 3 years.

They should really update it.

I would create an RP in there, but I don't want it to flop :/
I work hard on them just to flop Haha!

But the archiving idea would be awesome :]

     Well depending on the RP I may take part!
Just would have to hope I don't lose steam part way through as I seem to tend to xD
I lost steam before I even made an RP once. Wrote up the whole thing and it sits somewhere on my computer now in a word document.

They reaaaaaally need to update guilds >.<

I have a couple of RPs I've tried on the Neighborhood Forum in Barton.

They did pretty good the first time through.
They lasted a few months, then the second time I made one it lasted a month.
Ones a drug rehab and the other is...I'm not sure how to describe it.
I based it around my character LOL!
He was 30 and I realized he had no place in most RPs so everyone in the RP had to be I think 25+.

You know what also might help?
It'd probably be kinda stupid,
but to have a sticky that showed what had new posts in the main forum.

But it isn't a very graceful solution... and people would then have to post in two places whenever they did anything...
