Personality:
He's pretty laid back and fun to be around. It's not that he doesn't take things seriously it's that he's not easily stressed
When he's angry he gets really scary. He tends to get really quiet and has a menacing air bout him.
Background:
Hiruko lived out in a small rural town. As a boy he was always happy, making jokes like any other young boy. But all that changed one day. He had stayed late after school to play kickball in the school yard with his friends. They played hours on end all evening long and before long it was night time. They said their goodbyes and departed for their houses
He came home from school calling out for his parents. He walked through the door calling them over and over but yet he still heard no answer. He entered the kitchen and turned on the light, maybe they were hiding. He smiled as he ran through the house up and down the stairs looking for them till he finally came to the living room.
As he entered the living room he saw the mangled bodies of his parents and a homunculus looming over them, blood dripping from it's jaws. He fell to the floor, petrified, to scared to move. the beast came after him jaws dripping. There was a bright flare of orange and a roar of pain from the beast. When hiruko opened his eyes A man stood in front of him, flames swirling around him. It was the last thing he saw before passing out from terror. He would come later to know the man as General Hiwatari with his Blaze of Glory.
After swiftly defeating the beast he brought an unconscious Hiruko to the regime where he began training his strictly to become an alchemic warrior

Buso Renkin: Crimson Bolt!
Special Ability Of your Buso Renkin:
Crimson Bolt is a Kakugane that unites with the body itself somewhat like Hiwatari's Blaze of glory. When activated the Kakugane becomes a ball of red lightning that intigrates with the body. The body then glows with red electricity lancing off of the body in all directions. The Electricity is given off at all times making a barrier between him and everything. It acts as an armor as well as stimulates his body's nerves and cells pushing his body beyond it's natural limits. It stimulates cellular movements Enhancing his speed and strength to where he can actually run across water (acumulating electrons in the water and on his feet to the point where they repulse each other enough to keep him on top of water. the opposite on land and vertical surfaces.) it even heals minor injuries like shallow cuts and bruises. He can even use his touch and concentration to excite the molecules of an object using the electricity to stimulate it and make it very unstable but the lightning in itself is a weapon. The toll on his body is great though. after he deactivates his busou renkin he becomes extremely exhausted. He is very good with the practical uses of his buso renkin thinking of many ways to use it's properties to his advantage. For example: He can create an electro-magnetic pulse, knocking out all electronics for a few blocks or send a n electro charge through the air, disrupting it visibly. He can effect the protons and electrons of objects around him, by running purely negative electricity run through an object, he can cause another object to be a strong negative charge as well, repelling the object or strike. but arguably his greatest ability with it is to use electricity to alter a person's alpha brain waves, making them see what he wants them to see or making it so he cannot be see.when he finally masters his Buso renkin, he will be able to transform his entire body into lightning.
