Sassy: -sniffs the air- Hmm..smells like -- OMG WTF
Gwin: *arches eyebrow at him* silly boy. I mean, how oblivious do you have to be?
Sassy: -sidles up to her, smiling still as he extinguishes the small fire from his tail- It depends... How cute does it make me? -snerk-
Gwin: ... oblivious isnt always cute. -sighs and tugs her scarf tighter-
Sassy: -drops his ears, looking a little sorrowful- In that case...I was just playin' around... -smiles at her-
Gwin: uh huh. -rolls eyes- like you were when you were writing on the side of the building?
Sassy: -blinks- Hey-hey-hey that's -art-! You should see my newest...
Gwin: your telling this to an... -art- teacher? Tagging isnt art in my book, not respectable art anyhoo. -rolls eyes-
Sassy: It was a mural, not graffitti! -looks put out- What do you want me to draw... How about you? -bats his eyelashes at her-
Gwin: sure why not, my last guy only left me the memory of his art. -splays out on the wall, staring up at the sky-
Sassy: -head tilts to the side, ears and eyes trained on her- Okay... -looks through his bag, then shrugs- Do you have a canvas? I expect you'd want to frame it... -looks uncertain- If you like it, I mean. -smiles a little-
Gwin: -arches eyebrow- guess we are going to have to head over to my studio... -flops over to the other side of the wall and starts walking-
Sassy: -bounces along at her side, tail wagging like a dog's, happy and carefree- I'm sure you'll like it. I'll do my best... -grins and does a little jig-
Gwin: you know... its intresting being a teacher... Ive had students paint pictures of me, on me... hell its like being a mom. Like having a family that never really existed. -makes her way to the little run down building just outside the school grounds-
Sassy: -doesn't blink an eye at the fact that the little building's a little rundown -- a studio was a studio. As long as it was well lit and quiet? That's all he cared about- But you teach little kids, right? I mean -surely- they can't do a great job of painting you. -says softly- No offense. I mean...but they're kids.
Gwin: -arches eyebrow and opens the door, shaking her head- we at the university are very choosy with our applicants. I'll let you decide, I save everything my students make me... even the youngest. Ive taken pictures of chalk drawings alice's kids have made... some of them are actually really good even if they are young. -walks in, and tosses her scarf on the couch-
Sassy: -follows her swiftly, noting the scarf on the couch, feeling -- just feeling -- it was important to her somehow. Maybe from that guy who broke her pretty little heart, like Rainbow Bright had said...- I'd love to see them -smiles, although he's never really been around kids, neither human nor feline-
Gwin: -blinks and picks up a painting much like her own- Theres this. -pulls out her photo albums- these, and that painting there. -points up to the wall above the couch, where her favorite of her hung- In the photo album theres one of me in my smaller vest, and my stomach painted by a student that plays with UV paints.
Sassy: -browses them, his eyes lingering on the picture of her in the UV paints...very hot, if he did sayso himself, but he wasn't going to spoil the moment by saying so- All of these are done by kids? -surprised lift of his eyebrow- I'm impressed... -bites back the urge to say "they're almost as good as me"-
Gwin: -laughs- uh huh. Yeah they are good, but they are learning to be better. Anyone that starts thinking they are the best, often are horribly disappointed. These, -gestures to the other side of the room, with paintings stacked in piles around the place, like they were just tossed there- are mine. -shrugs her shoulder meekly, and looks around the dirty(ish) room- where do you want me?
Sassy: I never said I was the best -says softly, smile playing on his lips as he follows her over to the other side of the room, surveying her art. He shuffles through them, coming upon one of a cityscape at night that he liked- This is gorgeous. -looks up, bangs shielding his face and he blows them out of the way- Hm... How about on the couch... You pick the most comfortable pose. -pulls his bag off his shoulder and sets up a canvas-
Gwin: -slumps in the couch rolling her eyes- here I thought you would want to do a nude pose -gives a small smile, and stretches out, her head on the arm, the other draped over the side of the couch eyes closed-
Sassy: -shoots her a dazzling smile- Is that an option? -eyebrow raises, but he giggles and shrugs- No. Maybe someday...I'd love to. After some lessons. I wouldn't want to get any piece of you wrong... -his voice was soft as he began to sketch out the pose on the canvas, having not worked in such a small scale in a long while-
Gwin: mmmm any good artist has drew herself nude at least once. Clothing wrinkles too much and light change makes it difficult to capture from looking at ones self in the mirror. -smiles softly, letting herself doze but not move a muscle- first thing I teach my kids is how to pose without moving. Its a talent.
Sassy: I've...never drawn myself nude? Is that okay? -hesitates his pencil strokes, then goes back to sketching the last of it...there were imperfections, but it was by far better than the big-gazooma'd chick on the last building. He even kept her breasts...natural. He rather liked them- I'd love to have you paint me sometime... -smiles as he works, his tail lashing back and forth, hand a blur-
Gwin: mhm, its only fair. I'll do it sometime soon... I haven't... been able to paint lately. -or dance, or really do anything but wander around... but she couldn't tell a perfect stranger that. opens her eyes, and looks at the portrait near the makeshift kitchen of remi playing the violin- My last painting is of the guy playing, he's... the other founder of this school
Sassy: Anytime. No rush. -follows her gaze to the portrait. Painted there was a beautiful man playing a violin. He recognized the scarf that was on the couch around the man's neck- Was he your lover? -asks softly, almost tenderly-
Gwin: -bites the inside of her cheek and closes her eyes again- no not lover, a friend. Our relationship was a lot... more innosent then a lot of people think. I've never actually had a lover... -sighs and stares up at the ceiling- you done with the basic pose? I can move now right?
Sassy: -nods, understanding- Yeah...you're free. -picks up a paintbrush, a smile playing at the corners of his lips. So this guy wasn't her lover, but she obviously had wanted him to be, from the sound of it... He had so many comebacks to that..well, more like come-ons, but he kept his lips firmly shut and let his head play them like a remix, never spoken- I see... I had a lover once.
Gwin: -stands up and starts moving around immediately. God it was a b***h trying to sit still when all you wanted to do was wander until someone forced you down- really? do tell. -goes to make tea, trying not to think about who it was from, sighing softly to herself. Goddess why had she become the queen of sighs? Gwin, usually so full of life was... depressed. Which in itself was scary.- Im sure he or she was quite beautiful.
Sassy: -watches her from his peripherals, taking care to lay the basecoat of the paint down nicely. He wanted to do a good job of her...something she'd maybe remember, or even hang up. He could feel her depression, it dripped off of her like wet paint and even though Sassy was an unusually happy cat, it was kinda a downer. All he wanted to do was see a true smile out of her...maybe he could be the reason of that true smile...- Hmm. Well... It was back when I lived with my Master. I'm a big cat, yanno, so he'd leash me up like a dog and take me for walks. I met this girl, Cadence, on one of our walks... -smiles at the memory- She's the one that started calling me Sassy, to be honest. My name's Sebastian... -wrinkles his nose- I'd be put out in the garden sometimes, because I was a tinnnyyyy bit destructive. I'd climb the fence and visit her. It didn't last, though...
