Following Barrier River downstream to the south, the river bends sharply to head east. Soon after this turn the river quickly becomes a steep waterfall named Razor Falls. This waterfall cuts straight down into the earth like a razor, which gives the waterfall its name. At the waterfall is the start of a very long canyon which continues as far east as it can go. This canyon begins wide but quickly narrows and even includes the location known as the Weeping Chasm later on.
