My favorite garden accessory so far is the leather gloves I bought yesterday xd I worked outside for around five hours today, mostly shoveling, and my hands are sore and a little red in spots but my skin's still soft and my nails aren't trashed; plus my hands are nowhere near as painful as they were when I shoveled a lot before.
I don't really have anything in my yard, aside from a super-cool step thing that was here when we moved in. I'd love to get a small fountain or pretty bird bath though, and I love those glass gazing balls.
Oh, and solar lights are teh win.

sunsetsmile The gardening gloves and hat that I got for my birthday last year are wonderful! I've always hated wearing gloves, but these are comfortable and not stiff at all. I have an all-steel garden fork, at last! I have broken so many over the years, and this one will not break! Hurray! I do have a couple of gazing balls, but with the wind here, it's hard to find a good spot for them. I have to weigh them down with rolls of change on the inside. Guess that's my secret bank. The new little dump wagon is proving to be the best thing. I use it for something almost every day. I have a few self-watering pots for the hanging plants that have already proven to save a lot of time, and the plants in them are looking wonderful! So, with all the wind, I'd almost have to choose tie-down augers as my favorite garden gadgets. Not a normal choice, I know, but they save a lot of hide-and-seek around here! The trees are hung with feeders, and fenceposts with birdhouses for bluebirds. Windchimes sound wonderful until just before a storm-----the big metal ones start clanging so loudly that I can hear them inside! They let me know that it's time to "batten down the hatches" and start unplugging things, just in case. The solar garden lights are great when the power goes out----we just pull them up and bring them inside! I was just reminded of a wonderful thing----WASP TRAPS!!!!!----a few minutes ago when a big red wasp chased me off my porch! and sky-blue paint for the porch ceiling, which I bought but never used. So I guess I'm painting the ceiling today! blaugh

I know this is old but, I have so much love for my garden fork, the hoe, and the three prong rake. Especially my fork, ever since I bought that thing, my life was so much better. weeds pop right out of the ground!

I don't really have favorite garden tools. I don't have much money so I normally end up buying dollar store garden tools and use them till they break and then just buy some new ones. One day I will breakdown and get some more reliable/heavy duty ones.
