Free Guild ID Cards!

Hello Everyone! I am the Second Mule of TUAG. TUAG Mule and I are twins, and I specialize in making ID Cards!
See this wonderful ID Card?

It can be yours today! Except it can have your name on it, your avatar on it, and your color of choice for the words! It also will show what rank you are!
We didn't put it, because we are just advertising in our signature. Your ID Card will be like this one.

Or you can just have your avatar on it and say The Ultimate Avatar Guild.
Note: It MUST be linked to this guild. If not, we will warn you and tell you to link it!

You can put two avatars on it!
Such as, your two different but most favorite avatars!
Just like the top ID, you can have two dfferent colors! What beauty!
You can also put your best friends dream avatar and your dream avatar on it, then you give the ID card to her and you put them in your signature!
You guys must be a member/crew member/Vice Captain/Captain to get one!
The text kind will be French Script MT. If you want to request a different text, you must say tell me it.
Please don't save to your own server! We keep it in a special album, that way no one can get the code (Unless they hack you or you post it in your post then they quote it.)
If you guys post more than 10 times, you can get a wishlist card!
Its totally customizable. You can have up to 15 items on it.
There can be up to 5 status. Like...
❀ = Donated Item
✿ = Wanted Item
❁ = Questing Item
☠ = Hacked Item
✪ = Bought Item
You can find symbols from Sakura's Test Thread! Sakura allowed us to use it. See first post for the symbols, and do not post in Sakura's Thread!
Note: If you don't fill out the symbol question, we will use random symbols. But, we will do our best to make it look nice!

This does NOT have to be linked, but you have to say under the Wishlist "Made By: TUAG Mule 2"
If you want the shade, put it. We might not be able to do all shading, and we have the right to decline.
Wishlists are updateable. You get 10 free updates until you have to pay 100gg each update.

Type One Order Form

Username:
Avatar(s): (You can have one or two avatars!)
Text: (If you want the one on the sample, say French Script MT)
Text Color: (Choice of Two, but you can have one)
Arranged Text: (If you choose two Text Colors, say how you want me to arrange it. [b]EXAMPLE:[/b] "The" is all blue. Half Of Ultimate, "Ulti" is Blue, and The End of Ultimate, "mate" is Pink.
Make Avatar, "Ava" Pink then End of Avatar, "tar", blue. Then for Guild, put blue first, then pink, then blue, then pink, etc.
Anything Else:
Tip: (Goes to the Guild!)

Avatar You Will Be Using: (Only One!)
Rank: (If you don't know, just put "idk" in Rank and we will find your rank.)
Text Type: (Regular is French Script MT)
Text Color: (Can Add two! Since its soo big, I get to choose how to arrange it!)
Letters In Your Username: ([b]EXAMPLE:[/b] TUAG Mule 2 has 11 letters in her username, so her ID Number is 11!)
Tip: (Goes to the Guild!)

Add Shading: if there is a choose of coloring, please let it be purple! if not, then no 8D
Item Names and Pictures: Angelic Pendant and Demonic Pendant. I don't know how to get the pictures. 8D
Symbols: questing for demonic pendant and wanted for angelic pendant

Text Color: black and purple[or indigo] which ever order is okay
