As you know the Akatsuki is a extremely powerful group of S ranked Shinobi from all Villages. Kirigakure will hold the Akatsuki hideout and “Tonou” will be the Akatsuki leader. All the other Kage won’t know that Tonou is the leader because if they knew war would begin against Kirigakure. Later they may discover but for now no.
This new Akatsuki won’t be after the Jinchurinkin. They will have other goals. They will also use masks (similar to ANBU) but they will stay with the same black cloaks with red clouds.
If you want to apply for Akatsuki you’ll have to be a rogue shinobi or a high level shinobi from your village (Jounnin or higher). Send me a PM with a good roleplay sample, with your profile and with the reason why do you want to join Akatsuki.
