Personality: Cavenath likens himself to the very elite and His is the apex of that elite class – don’t even try to argue the point, you’ll only make this one angry. He’s a massive silver and doesn’t let the bronzes forget this: they’re Traditional Colours, they’re born with innate ranks and prestige and have it easy! They wouldn’t know what hard work was if it hit them in the face – though all they’d need to do is look upon him and know what hard work, dedication, and loyalty can create. He knows the Atypical Colours would not be alive if it wasn’t for the efforts of the humans and for that reason alone he is willing to entertain the more ‘noble’ figures – that is, people with power. If you’ve gained rank, you’ve shown yourself to be worthy of attention and capable enough to be trusted with said power. If you don’t have a rank… well, that’s too bad. Stop slacking off and work harder! As far as pranks and bullying go, Cavenath won’t tolerate it. He has a sense of humour but the focus of things should be on the beauty of life and living, and him. Don’t forget him. In fact the order should be him, life, and living.
Anyway, artistic pursuits fascinate him, especially those dealing with the more subtle, intricate, and delicate crafts. You see, being so big makes it easy to crush things… and so he’ll develop a sort of obsession with the dainty things just to remind himself of that. Oh! And don’t forget the social statement that goes with it – he’s just as capable of dancing among the glasswork as he is of kicking your rear so don’t cross him. Something to note, however, is he was born tiny even for an Atypical Dragon. His pride and attitude aren’t unfounded; they’re the result of surviving the gauntlet of Weyrlinghood and coming out alive and unscathed and even more beautiful. His will have to work hard to ensure the health and fitness of his dragon when he is young, and the work will pay off (or perhaps redouble, depending on how you look at it) with a massive ‘teenage’ growth spurt in this one.
Cavenath is hardly shy and he’s hardly stupid for his size. He’s a leader by nature and takes great pride in having the intelligence to lead – wisdom and charisma are things he really should work on, however. Just because you’re beautiful doesn’t mean people automatically adore you, Canvenath, and that’s something his rider may have to learn to reel in. Cavenath is vain. It’s one of his biggest faults. He’s big, powerful, has a longer flame then bronzes and beautiful! What could possibly top that? Frankly, nothing. He just lets the golds think they’re better to keep them from getting in his way.
When he matures, this silver may actually make a point of turning flaming into an art form (think Carnival or Circus performers with their manipulation of fire) or making large dragon-size sculptures. He adores His’ skills and will want to echo that as much as he can. Some might think him incredibly odd for and others might see it as visionary – it all depends on how the pair grows together.
As far as Flights go… in typical Atypical fashion, Cavenath is curious but doesn’t really see the point – especially for those who are neither bronze nor gold. There’s so much more you could be doing with your time! Learning, training, sculpting, etc etc… it can’t be that good or he’d have a desire for it, and he doesn’t so there. He’ll be protective of His when it comes to relationships and while he’ll grumble and growl and generally not be pleased with not being the center of His’ attention, he will begrudgingly support his rider. After all, what makes His happy makes him happy!

Build: Thick and muscular but with some padding that softens his form
Skin Tone: Was slightly pale before, but thanks to his training as a dragon rider, he's become a bit more tan all over.
Hair: Mousy brown; likes to streak it into blondness by using chammomile tea or lemon-juice - he no longer does this as he has absolutely no time. Also, Cavenath and Inaari like it better natural.
Eyes: Middling blue with some dark-blue flecks
Notes: He has healed-over mini-burns on his hands from his apprenticeship; glass-smithing is not an easy thing!
...// Personality
Stead-fast and loyal but with a very playful, prankish streak that he has not (and likely will never) grow out of. Therion has spent much of his life running around the Weyr doing this, than and the other and generally learning whatever he could, when he could. When he was very young he saw some beautiful blown-glass items from the Ista Hold being coo'd and slavered over by a group of women and decided that he wanted to learn how to make those things so that he would be at the center of all that female attention.
Therion is not a shy person by any means but he can be somewhat quiet at times because he's a responsible person and likes to think things through. He is very proud of his skills and not afraid to show off some - he has trouble being humble and will likely require someone to smack him around to keep his peacock-attitude in check.
...// History
Being a child born in the Weyr, Therion has no clue who his parents are - nor does he really care. From the very start, he was taken care of as are all Weyrbrats: by the collective Weyr. Naturally, some of the members of the Weyr spent more time and energy on him than others, but for the most part he was pretty evenly 'raised'. As a young child, he charmed and tortured the ladies in the kitchen with his constant wont for their attention; everyone involved was exceptionally happy when he met the boy that was was to become his life-long friend (and partner in crime), Lothan. Once Lothan came into the scene, Therion found himself getting into more and more trouble -- but having a hell of a good time doing it!
Both boys decided at a young age that they would be friends forever; each giving the other a sense of 'family' that they otherwise wouldn't have had growing up in the Weyr. Not to say that Therion ever felt he didn't belong at the Weyr, but not knowing his parents did leave something to be desired (most of the time it didn't bother Ther, but whenever a new group of Searched candidates came in with their tales of a small family unit...well, it did make him a little jealous). Being with Lothan gave him a closeness that he would not have otherwise had with anyone and it also gave him someone to wrestle with, to flirt with girls with and also someone to share the blame when their misdeeds were discovered. When he was 7 years old, Therion snuck a knife from the kitchens and pulled Lothan aside so that they could become "blood brothers" (something he'd watched some older boys doing earlier that same day).
A few turns later, when Therion was preparing to leave for his apprentiship, the two youths renewed their blood-vows and promised to write, even if all they sent were very short missives (guys being notoriously horrible about letter-writing). Both wrote back and forth, but they didn't always need to - the blood-bond between the two was very strong and either could be counted on to send a letter or appear (a dangerous-but-exciting undertaking for a youth that didn't want his hide skinned by his Master) just when the other needed it most.
Now, at 18, the two young men have managed to survive their apprenticeship and puberty (with all the raging, crazy-arsed hormons that come with it) without losing their strong, brotherly bond and hope to be reunited as Dragonrider candidates for Malvren Weyr.
Skills: Glass-working, minor gardening skills, knows how to identify weaver's tools and mend holes in his clothing, thanks to his BFFE, Lothan (played by Prolixity)

Silver Amon; T'ron was lucky enough to make a trade with a gentleman for a fire-lizard egg when he was working as a glasssmith before returning to Malvren Weyr to be a Candidate. He did several beautiful works of glass for the gentleman, staying with him while his daughter's gold was clutching. When the eggs hatched, he ended up with Amon, much to his surprise.
Amon is a curious fire-lizard, and with Amarth much enjoys driving T'ron to distraction. Now that there is a dragon in the mix, he spends much time helping clean the big silver. He is clearly the ring-leader (currently) of all of T'ron's fire lizards and tries his best to always help the big glassmith-turned-Silverrider.
Black Amarth; T'ron worked very hard for this little fellow - shoveling out dung, cleaning stalls and then doing several deliveries of the precious oil used to (among other things) keep dragons from getting patchy. He spent the better part of his day running errands, and in the end, he got the flitter egg to care for. When it hatched, out came Amarth!
Green Dimshard; T'ron and Inaari were out one day to let their dragons have a swim, when they ran into a fish-craft girl named Bree. Bree, getting to like them and their dragons quite a bit said that she'd found a queen fire lizard nesting - she helped them get an egg each - out of his egg came a bumbling, stupid fire lizard with a penchant for flying right into his head while trying to land on his shoulder. So, he named her Dimshard. Inaari's egg hatched a pretty blue boy she called Puddle...and Bree was the luckiest of all. Her egg contained a gorgeous little Bronze that she immediately named Rillfisher.
Brown Mushroom: Mushroom sort of bumbled into T'ron's life - Cavenath was out swimming and discovered a small nest with two eggs in it - since Bree was there fishing for his boundless appetite, the big silver allowed her to take one and gave the other to T'ron. Mushroom has proved to be a very calm, pleasant Brown but does have a little trouble following Amarth. He dotes on Dimshard and Ruby (naturally!) and will totally do anything either ask of him. He finds Ianath super shiny and amazing too...and has joined right in on helping to clean the bigger dragons.
Crimson Ruby: A gift-egg from Inaari, when the little crimson hatched, T'ron named her Ruby because his girlfriend was worth hundreds of gems...and it kind of fit. Very sappy. Saucy Ruby leads all the male firelizards a merry chase; she's smart and sly and knows how to steal items of food that she wants. She's a clutching female that will likely mate often... unfortunately for her, she's pretty convinced that T'ron is her mate - so she's horribly jealous of Inaari and the attention that gets paid to her. For her own species, she'd prefer Amon to Mushroom...but Rillfisher or Holder are best.
